Abstract
Conform inventiei, procedeul de modificare a amidonului prin tratarea chimica a unui amestec de amidon de grîu cu un compus chimic ales dintre un agent de eterificare, esterificare, hidroliza, reticulare, oxidare si dextrinizare la temperatura sub 100 degree C, consta în aceea ca, în scopul evitarii galatinizarii, amestecul tratat chimic se supune unei radiatii cu frecventa ultraînalta de 2450 Mz, continutul de umiditate al amestecului înainte si dupa iradiere fiind cuprins între 10 si 18%.
