EL ALMIDON EMPLEADO TIENE FORMA GRANULAR Y LA RADIACION SE EFECTUA EVITANDO LA GELATINIZACION. SE EMPLEA ALMIDON GELATINIZADO CON UN CONTENIDO EN HUMEDAD MAYOR QUE EL 35 POR 100 EN PESO.
