Abstract
Inventia se refera la o metoda si o instalatie de comanda a electroeroziunii destinate reglarii avansului electrodului unealta, constînd în aceea ca, înainte de initierea unei descarcari se detecteaza o variabila a intervalului si prin acesta se stabileste caracteristica geometrica a descarcarii si se prevede un dispozitiv pentru stabilirea valorii unui parametru al descarcarii, de exemplu a curentului de descarcare, prestabilite pentru a corespunde caracteristicii geometrice specifice, astfel ca sa execute descarcarea cu un nivel de energie reglat, variabila sau variabilele intervalului fiind masurate pe o perioada de control, de preferinta pe o perioada de timp predeterminata dupa initierea fiecarei descarcari, astfel ca daca se stabileste ca descarcarea se produce pe o zona plata sau relaziv rotunda conditia de "fara uzura" poate fi stabilita într-o anumita masura si daca se stabileste ca descarcarea se produce într-o zona cu vîrf sau cu contur ascutit conditia "fara uzura" poate fi facuta mai riguroasa prin reglarea, în mod corespunzator, a energiei sau densitatii de putere a impulsului de descarcare aplicat.The invention relates to a method and apparatus for controlling the electroerosion for adjusting the advance of the electrode tool consisting in the fact that, prior to the initiation of a discharge, a variable of the interval is detected and the geometrical characteristic of the discharge is established and a device for determining the value of a discharge parameter, e.g., the discharge current, predetermined to correspond to the specific geometric characteristic, so as to execute the discharge with a regulated energy level, the variable or range variables being measured over a control period, preferably one the predetermined time period after the initiation of each discharge, so if it is established that the discharge occurs on a flat or relatively rounded area the "no wear" condition can be established to a certain extent and if it is established that the discharge occurs in a area with a tip or sharp contour condition "no wear" po can be made more rigorous by properly adjusting the energy or power density of the applied unload impulse.
