Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de crestere a intensitatii luminoase a dispozitivelor electroluminiscente care se utilizeaza pentru afisare. Procedeul, conform inventiei, consta în concentrarea fluxului luminos emis de structura electroluminiscenta cu ajutorul unei oglinzi realizate printr-o depunere metalica pe partile laterale ale ghidului de lumina din capacul elementului de afisare, depunere metalica realizata prin degresarea capacelor în solutie alcalina, la fierbere timp de 15 min, asperizare în solutie de acid sulfuric-bicromat de potasiu, timp de 20 min la 80 degree C, neutralizare în solutie de carbonat de amoniu la temperatura camerei timp de 5 min, sensibilizare în solutie acida de clorura de staniu la temperatura camerei timp de 5 min, activare cu solutie amoniacala de azotat de argint la temperatura camerei timp de 20 min, introducere în matrita pentru metalizare localizata în ghiduri, prin ecranarea celorlalte parti ale capacului, conductibilizare localizata prin cuprare chimica din solutia alcalina de sulfat de cupru si formaldehida, la temperatura cemarei timp de 20 min, scoaterea capacelor din matrita si metalizare electrochimica localizata cu staniu sau nichel, fiecare etapa a procedeului fiind urmata de spalarea pieselor cu apa distilata.
