Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru prepararea unor derivati heterociclici ai acidului 5-sulfamibenzoic cu formula generala I: (vezi formula) în care R1 si R2 identici sau diferiti, reprezinta cîte un atom de hidrogen sau o grupa alchil inferioara, X reprezinta un atom de halogen, hidroxi, alcoxi, fenoxi, eventual substituit cu alchil, halogen, alcoxi si A reprezinta o grupare alchilen, eventual nesaturata, prin oxidarea compusilor cu formula generala II: (vezi formula) în care D este o grupa CH2OH, la o temperatura cuprinsa între temperatura camerei si 60 degree C, cu un agent de oxidare ales dintre peroxid de nichel, solutie apoasa de permanganat alcalin sau solutie de clorcromat de piridiniu în mediu de clorura de metilen, dupa care se transforma acizii carboxilici cu baze în sarurile lor farmaceutic acceptabile.The invention relates to a process for the preparation of heterocyclic derivatives of 5-sulfamibenzoic acid of the general formula I wherein R 1 and R 2 which are the same or different represent a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group X represents an atom halogen, hydroxy, alkoxy, phenoxy optionally substituted by alkyl, halo, alkoxy and A represents an optionally unsaturated alkylene group by oxidation of the compounds of the general formula II wherein D is a CH 2 OH group at a temperature between room temperature and 60 ° C, with an oxidizing agent selected from nickel peroxide, aqueous alkali metal permanganate solution or pyridinium chlorochromate solution in methylene chloride medium, then converting carboxylic acids with bases into their pharmaceutical salts acceptable.
