Abstract

Conform inventiei, procedeul pentru obtinerea unui produs industrial din sîngele animalelor, dupa sacrificare, consta în aceea ca, în scopul realizarii unui produs industrial sub forma de aglomerat de granule elementare, sferoidale cu diametrul de 1...5 miu sau sub forma de pelicula, în sîngele animalelor de la sacrificare, se adauga un agent anticoagulant si un agent bactericid, de preferinta acidul etilentetraacetic sau derivatii bazici ai acestuia, alesi dintre sarurile de sodiu, calciu, aluminiu, precum si diverse substante adjuvante, în functie de utilizarea ulterioara a produsului, apoi este încalzit treptat si continuu între aproximativ 60 si 100 degree C, temperatura la care se produce coagularea, dupa care sîngele este racit rapid la temperatura ambianta. în cazul obtinerii unui produs industrial sub forma de pelicula, se porneste de la o pelicula de sînge, care se supune tratamentului termic pentru coagulare.
