Abstract

Procedeul consta în prepararea unui derivat termostabil de enterotoxina din Escherichia coli care consta în reactia enterotoxinei ST din Escherichia coli ATCC 31621 cu un agent netoxic bifunctional reticular glutaraldehida, 1-Etil-3-(3-dimetil-aminopropil)-carbodiimida, difluordinitrobenzen, la temperatura sub 37 degree C de preferinta 20....25 degree C, în mediu apos si de preferinta tamponat la un ph între 4 si 8.
