Abstract
Inventia de fata se refera la un procedeu de regenerare a unui catalizator de oxidare pe baza de cobalt si eventual mangan si nichel, de la procedeul Witten-DMT, folosit la oxidarea amestecului continînd p-xilen si/sau ester metilic de acid p-toluic în faza lichida cu oxigen sau cu gaz ce contine oxigen la presiune de 4...6 at si temperatura de 140...170 degree C supunînd rezidul de distilare la extractie cu apa, acizi minerali diluati, acizi monocarboxilici alifatici sau cu alcooli la cald si prelucrarea extractului apos.
