Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a biflorurii de sodiu, printr-un flux simplificat, utilizînd materii prime usor accesibile: florura de amoniu-solutie, clorura de sodiu solida si acidul clorhidric-solutie. procedeul propus prevede desfasurarea reactiei la temperatura mediului ambiant, în flux continuu avînd ca avantaj eliminarea operatiilor intermediare de manipulare a fluorurii de sodiu, produs toxic, ca si asigurarea unui consum redus de energie si a unei coroziuni reduse. Bifluorura de sodiu obtinuta , avînd o puritate de 87,24...98,07%, restul fiind constituit din fluorura de amoniu, asigura un randament de utilizare a fluorului de 68...80%. Produsul se utilizeaza la fabricarea sarurilor de tratament pentru oteluri inoxidabile si poate fi constituit un intermediar în fabricarea acidului fluorhidric.
