Abstract
Prezenta inventie se refera la o metoda si un dispozitiv pentru manipularea unor doze mici de substante lichide ca de exemplu reactivi, utilizata în laboratoare pentru analize, metoda constînd în racirea unei substante lichide dintr-un tub calibrat si aplicarea unei presiuni verticale de sus în jos asupra nivelului superior al substantei, racirea fiind suficient de intensa pentru ca sub influenta presiunii exercitate sa se formeze sub tubul calibrat un cordon continuu de substanta înghetata, iar prin taierea unui fragment de lungime predeterminata si încalzire sa cada prin propria greutate într-un alt recipient, fragmentul constituind, dupa lichefierea, doza predeterminata de substanta lichida.
