Articulatie, conform inventiei se caracterizeaza prin aceea ca este compusa dintr-un element cadru mobil, pentru atasare de dusumea un mijloc care monteaza pivotant elementul cadru mobil de elementul cadru de baza pentru a permite pivotarea sarcinii între pozitia verticala si pozitia orizontala si un mijloc de contrabalansare interconectat între respectivul element pentru aplicarea tensiunii acestuia.
