941,116. Hinges. S. GREENMAN Ltd., and WILKES BERGER ENGINEERING CO. Ltd. Feb. 13, 1961 [Nov. 25, 1959], No. 40022/59. Heading E2F. A hinge of the kind comprising a lazy-tongs linkage has mounting plates 1, 2 incorporated with links 5, 6 at opposite ends of the linkage, each plate being in a plane perpendicular to the plane of the link with which it is incorporated and the range of movement of the hinge, defined by the two extreme positions in which links of the linkage abut one another, being such that the plates move between coplanar positions and positions at right angles to each other. The hinge is particularly intended for attaching a drop-flap to a table top.
