Abstract

Procedeu pentru prepararea sulfonatilor de petrol, caracterizat prin aceea ca folosind ca materie prima titei integrat brut, sau titei brut dezbenzinat 305+ degree C avînd greutatea moleculara medie de 200...1000, un continut de 10...95% în greutate hidrocarburi aromatice si o portie dintre protonul alifatic si cel aromatic de 3..20, aceasta materie prima este supusa contactarii cu 5...30 parti greutate trioxid de sulf pentru 100 parti greutate materie prima, reactia fiind efectuata la temperatura de 27...121 degree C, la o presiune de 1...150 at, cu un timp de reactie de 0,001...3600 s si eventual, în prezenta a : 0....20 parti greutate solvent de reactie, la o parte greutate trioxid de reactie , solventul de reactie fiind ales dintre diclorura de etilen, tricloretan, nitrobenzen, nitropropan sau amestecuri dintre acestea; 0....10 parti greutate diluat de trioxid de sulf la o parte greutate trioxid de sulf, diluantul fiind ales dintr-un grup de lichide sau gaze, constînd din bioxid de sulf, parafine usoare rafinate, fractiuni usoare de titei brut, aer, azot, gaz natural sau amestecuri dintre acestea; 0...20 parti greutate la 100 parti greutate materie prima, aditivi de sulfonare în sine cunoscuti, avînd greutatea moleculara de 200...1000, alesi dintr-un grup constînd din hidrocarburi aromatice, hidrocarburi elefinice, hidrocarburi oxigenate si amestecurile lor; produsul de reactie fiind partial recirculat la reactie pentru contactarea cu cantitati aditionale de trioxid de sulf si materieprima, iar restul este supus extractiei, prin contactare cu 0,8...2,0 parti greutate solvent de extractie la o parte produs de reactie, solventul de extr
