Abstract

Invenţia se referă la o metodă de inserare a unei borne şi la un dispozitiv de inserare a bornei. Metoda, conform invenţiei, include un proces de stabilire a poziţiei de referinţă prin capturarea unei imagini a unui subiect prins de mandrină şi stabilirea unei poziţii de referinţă pe baza unei imagini capturate, un proces de corectare a posturii prin capturarea unei imagini a bornei prinse de mandrină, obţinându-se o înclinaţie a bornei pentru o parte specifică a bornei în imaginea capturată, şi corectarea unei posturi a bornei pe baza înclinaţiei obţinute, un proces de calculare a poziţiei bornei prin capturarea din nou a imaginii bornei a cărei postură este corectată şi calcularea unei poziţii a bornei pe baza imaginii capturate, şi un proces de inserare prin corectarea poziţiei bornei folosindu-se o diferenţă între o poziţie de măsurare calculată a bornei şi poziţia de referinţă ca o valoare de corecţie şi inserarea bornei în cavitatea carcasei.
