Abstract
Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unui corp profilat utilizat pentru protecţia unei suprafeţe. Corpul conform invenţiei se obţine prin aplicarea pe un strat portant, ales dintre nisip, lemn, plastic sau metal, a unui strat de spumă reticulată, care este acoperită cu un material friabil de tip ţesătură, hârtie, răşini sintetice având o dimensiune a granulei de 0,1...0,5 mm, eventual în amestec cu agenţi de liere, peste care se pulverizează în final răşini sintetice sau naturale, sau sticlă solubilă lichidă.
Description
[OOO1] Prezenta invenție se referă la un corp profilat, în special plăci și/sau covorașe minerale, pentru protecția unei suprafețe sau fasonarea unei suprafețe la utilizări în interior și exterior.
[0002] Astfel de covorașe și/sau plăci sunt fabricate în prezent printr-un procedeu astfel încât materiale definite, umectate, sunt aduse prin presare la grosimea cerută sau sunt umplute în forme cu lianți la consistență de curgere și apoi se întăresc în acestea sau sunt produse în continuare printr-un procedeu de extruziune. Aceste modalități de fabricație prezintă dezavantajul că în mod obligatoriu depind de formare, sunt legate de procese de amestecare și sunt dependente de desfășurări impuse în timp și care nu se întrerup, de exemplu în ceea ce privește anumite temperaturi și timpul de creuzet.
[0003] Problema prezentei invenții constă în aceea de a face ca:
a) procesul de producție cu componente uscate și lichide să nu fie dependent de respectarea anumitor timpi de desfășurare;
b) procesul de producție să poată fi întrerupt oricând fără dezavantaje, în scopul de a face posibile, de exemplu, alternative de continuare a fabricației în special în scopul schimbării componentelor individuale sau adăugării altora;
c) plăcile sau covorașele fabricate să fie înzestrate cu capacitatea, ca respectivele elemente să poată fi aspirate și să permită o îmbinare completă cu un alt liant astfel încât, prin îmbibare și întărire uniformă, plăcile sau covorașele unele lângă altele să formeze o suprafață unitară, în scopul ca la egalarea tensiunilor din plăci sau covorașe, să poată fi asigurată o îmbinare unitară între covorașe sau plăci sub stratul portant aflat dedesubt;
d) covorașele sau plăcile aflate în stare umedă, înainte de priză, să poată fi aplicate pe suporturi denivelate, de exemplu pe suporturi ondulate astfel încât, după întărire să ia forma stratului de fond.
[0004] Problema menționată este rezolvată în conformitate cu invenția, prin elementele caracteristice cuprinse în revendicarea 1.
[0005] O spumă moale reticulată cu celule deschise, în special o spumă moale PU (fig.1, stratul de spumă moale 1), secționată la grosimea covorașelor sau plăcilor, și anume la grosimi în special de 3 mm și o mărime a porilor mai ales de la 1,0 până la
1,5 mm se fixează plan pe un material portant (fig. 1, stratul joprtaQt 3) fix sau detașabil (fig.1, stratul portant detașabil 2).

[0006] Straturile portante 2,3 pot consta din folii de material plastic, hârtie, plăci de spumă dură, plăci de lemn sau metal sau altele similare.
[0007] Pe stratul de spumă moale 1 este aplicat un material uscat, friabil (fig.1, stratul de material uscat 6), în special nisip cu mărimi ale granulelor mai ales de la 0,1 până la 0,5 mm, constând din cuarțit , calcit, granit, un produs grăunțos metalic sau altele similare, care în stare uscată pot fi amestecate cu ciment, ipsos sau lianți silicioși sintetici sub formă pulverulentă, agenți de liere duroplastici sau termoplastici, astfel încât toate celulele stratului de spumă moale 1 să fie acoperite . [0008] Stratul de spumă moale 1, umplut cu stratul de material uscat 6, se supune următoarelor operații:
a) stropire sau punere în vapori de apă și/sau de apă modificată,
b) stropire cu rășini naturale sau sintetice lichide sau puțin vâscoase (fi.1; stratul 7);
la care rășinile sintetice pot consta aici din: rășini epoxidice, rășini acrilice, rășini PU, rășini poliesterice, rășini melaminice sau asemenea;
c) substanțele lichide enumerate la punctul b) pot fi întărite de asemenea și în stare uscată, pulverulentă, termoplastică prin căldură și compresiune; și
d) pulverizare sau stropire cu sticlă solubilă lichidă.
în măsura în care materialul aflat pe suprafața exterioară (stratul 7) depășește grosimea de 3 mm în special, acesta este îndepărtat prin tragere și acoperit cu o țesătură, hârtie (fig.l, cifra 4), material plastic (fig. 1, stratul de armătură 5) sau alte materiale și este legat. Acoperirea poate servi ori temporar în scopul de a proteja stratul 7 la transport, și apoi să fie îndepărtată, ori pentru a rămâne legată pe respectivul strat.
[0010] Covorașele sau plăcile astfel fabricate pot fi produse cu un strat intermediar format din diferite straturi de armare 5 de asemenea în mai multe straturi unul peste altul, în scopul de a determina o forță portantă și stabilitate mai mari. Aici, plăcile stratificate pot consta din materiale de diferite tipuri, în scopul de a putea satisface profiluri de cerințe diferite.
[0011] în stare încă nesolidificată, covorașele sau plăcile astfel fabricate (fig.2, stratul de spumă moale 1) se aplică pe suporturi ondulate, cilindrice sau configurate neregulat (fig. 2, stratul portant 3) și după solidificare preiau forma .,

Claims (11)
- REVENDICĂRI1 Corp profilat, în special plăci și/sau covorașe minerale, pentru protecția unei suprafețe sau fasonarea unei suprafețe la utilizări în interior și exterior, de exemplu drept pardoseală sau tapet caracterizat prin aceea că pe un strat portant (3) este aplicat plan un strat de spumă moale reticulat și cu celule deschise (1), iar pe stratul de spumă moale (1) este aplicat un strat de material uscat, friabil (6), la care stratul de material se angrenează în stratul de spumă (1) și este legat fix cu acesta.
- 2. Corp profilat conform revendicării 1 caracterizat prin aceea că pe stratul de spumă moale (1) este aplicat un strat (7) din grupul constând din țesătură, hârtie, material plastic sau asemenea.
- 3. Corp profilat conform revendicării 1 până la 2 caracterizat prin aceea că între stratul de spumă moale (1) și stratul (7) este intercalat cel puțin un strat de armătură (5), în scopul de a determina forță portantă și stabilitate mai mari.
- 4. Corp profilat conform revendicării 1 sau 3 caracterizat prin aceea că stratul de material (6) este ales din grupul constând din apă, rășină naturală sau sintetică lichidă, cu vâscozitate mică.
- 5. Corp profilat conform revendicării 4 caracterizat prin aceea că stratul de armătură (7) este ales din grupul constând din rășină epoxidică, rășină acrilică, rășină PU, rășină poliesterică, rășină melaminică sau asemenea.
- 6. Corp profilat conform uneia din revendicările precedente caracterizat prin aceea că stratul portant (3) este ales din grupul constând din plăci de spumă dură, plăci de lemn sau plăci de metal.
- 7. Corp profilat conform uneia din revendicările precedente caracterizat prin aceea că stratul profilat (3) este format din grupul constând din iotlFd^TrnaterialΜΙ010-00229-1 9 -κ 2057 plastic, hârtie și asemenea.
- 8. Corp profilat conform uneia din revendicările precedente caracterizat prin aceea că stratul de spumă moale (1) constă din poliuretan și este secționat în format de strat portant (3).
- 9. Corp profilat conform uneia din revendicările precedente caracterizat prin aceea că stratul de spumă moale (1) prezintă o grosime de 3mm.
- 10. Corp profilat conform uneia din revendicările precedente caracterizat prin aceea că stratul de spumă moale (1) prezintă o mărime a porilor de la 1,0 până la 1,5 mm.
- 11. Corp profilat conform uneia din revendicările precedente caracterizat prin aceea că stratul de spumă moale (1) este aplicat detașabil pe materialul portant (3).
