Abstract
Invenţia se referă la un amestec de acizi graşi superiori, la procedeul de obţinere şi la compoziţia farmaceutică a acestuia. Amestecul de acizi graşi, conform invenţiei, este constituit din acizi monocarboxilici superiori C-C, în care intră acizii cu număr par de atomi de carbon, raportul gravimetric C; C; Cvariază în invervalul 1:0,1...100:0,1...100; procedeul de obţinere prin saponificarea grăsimilor animale constă în aceea că săpunul obţinut în urma saponificării se spală cu apă, la cald, şi se separă prin salifiere, după care se acidulează cu acid citric sau acetic ori clorhidric, până la un pH între 5,5 şi 7,0, acizii obţinuţi se deshidratează la fierbere, timp de 3...4 h, se obţine un amestec solid de acizi C-C, de culoare galben închis până la maroniu. Amestecul de acizi C-Cse utilizează ca compoziţie farmaceutică cu materiale auxiliare sau diluanţi uzuali, pentru tratamentul bolilor degenerative, cum ar fi: neoplasmul, scleroza în plăci, epilepsie, Parkinson, diabet, ciroze hepatice, hepatite cronice, ulcere gastrice şi duodenale, anemii, bătrâneţe, deficienţe de creştere a copiilor.
