Abstract
Invenţia se referă la un dispozitiv pentru înscrierea tridimensională a informaţiei digitale într-o memorie optică de tip WORM (write-once-read-many), memoria optică (1) cu scriere unică şi citire multiplă fiind realizată pe bază de materii fluorescente, fotosensibile, sticle sau vitroceramici fluorescente, fotosensibile, care sunt supuse iradierii, folosind pentru excitaţie procese cu doi fotoni, respectiv un foton, ale unui fascicul de radiaţie produs de un laser (3, respectiv 7), iradierea fiind produsă într-o zonă spaţială de iradiere având un volum focal mai mic de 1 mium, corespunzător unui bit de informaţie, localizat şi delimitat cu ajutorul unui microscop confocal (4), poziţionarea volumului focal făcându-se, în cazul proceselor cu doi fotoni, ce se utilizează atât la scrierea, cât şi la citirea informaţiei, prin intermediul unui sistem de scanare verticală (5) şi a unui sistem de scanare radială (6), care baleiază vertical şi radial memoria optică (1), iar în cazul proceselor cu un foton, ce se utilizează numai la citire, prin intermediul unui sistem de scanare verticală (8), care baleiază vertical memoria optică (1), dispozitivul conform invenţiei realizând o stocare tridimensională de foarte mare densitate a informaţiei digitale.
