Abstract

Invenţia se referă la compuşi heterobiciclici cu formula generală I:(I)în care heteroatomul X este, preferabil, oxigen, gruparea W este, preferabil, o grupare carbonil, heterociclul preferat este un ciclu 4-oxo-4h-1-benzopiranic, cu un număr variat de substituenţi, Y include -COO, -CONH-, -O-, SONH, Z este un lanţ alchilenic şi B este o amină complexată; invenţia se referă şi la procedee pentru prepararea acestor compuşi şi compoziţii farmaceutice care care îi conţin. Aceşti compuşi, precum şi promedicamentele lor, enantiomerii, diastereoizomerii, N-oxizii şi sărurile lor, acceptabile farmaceutic, sunt utili pentru tratamentul hipertensiunii şi al tulburărilor tractului urinar, asociate cu hipertrofia prostatică benignă şi pentru tratamentul altor boli.
