Abstract
Inventia se refera la o tesatura tip matase, destinata articolelor de îmbracaminte, formata din fire de urzeala si batatura, bicomponente, realizate prin rotosetarea unui fir de poliester cu finete de 68 den, cu 32 filamente, fara torsiune si a unui fir de vâscoza cu finete de 120 den cu 26 filamente si 80 torsiuni/m, ancolate cu o solutie de 7% alcool polivinilic, raportul dintre desimea firelor de urzeala si batatura fiind de 1,44, tratarea alcalina pentru îmbunatatirea tuseului facându-se pe un aparat de vopsit tip jet cu o solutie de 20 g/l hidroxid de sodiu la otemperatura de 98 grade C, timp de 60 min, sau pe o instalatie continua cu o solutie de 311 g/lhidroxid de sodiu, urmata de vaporizarea la o temperatura de 112 ... 115 grade C, timp de3 ... 4 min, spalare, neutralizare pe aceeasi instalatie cu o solutie ce contine 1 ml/l acid acetic, vopsirea cu coloranti de dispersie pentru componenta poliesterica sau cu coloranti directi pentru componenta celulozica, uscare si termofixare în faza unica la o temperatura de 170 ... 180 grade C timp de 45 ... 60s.
