Abstract

Inventia se refera la un dispozitiv de prehensiune cu centrare, destinat constructiilor de manipulatoare si roboti industriali, pentru prinderea, cu centru fix, a unor piese de forma cilindrica. Dispozitivul este format dintr-un cilindru de actionare (14), pe care, într-o articulatie (13), sunt legate mobil niste balansiere-spate (8 si9), simerice fata de axa cilindrului de actionare (14), iar într-o a doua articulatie (12) sunt legate mobil niste balansiere-fata (6 si 7). Balansierele-spate 88si 9) si balansierele-fata (6 si 7) sunt legate mobil prin niste articulatii (11 si 10) de niste degete (4 si 5), prevazute cu bacuri superioare (1) si bacuri inferioare (2). Antrenarea în miscare plana generala a degetelor (4 si 5) se obtine cuajutorul unor biele (15 si 16), legate mobil cu un capat de balansierele spate (8 si 9) si cu celalalt capat de o traversa (19), prin niste articulatii (18), traversa (19) fiind solidara cu tija-piston (17) a cilindrului de actionare (14).
