Abstract

Prezenta inventie se refera la un electrolit de zincare lucioasa slab acida care nu contine saruri de amoniu si potasiu. Electrolitul are compozitia urmatoare: - clorura de sodiu 100...2000 g/l; - clorura de zinc 40...100 g/l; - acid boric 15...40 g/l; - benzalacetona 0,1...1,2 g/l; alcool etilic 2,5...6 g/l; nonilfenol etoxilat cu 25 mol de oxidde etilena 5...20 g/l; - salicilat de sodiu 1...10 g/l; - clorura sau sulfat de N- (2,3- dihidroxipropil) - piridiniu 0,05...0,25 g/l. Electrolitul se poate aplica atât în bai statice cât si în bai cu tamburi folosind urmatorii parametri de lucru: - temperatura 18...30 degree C; - pH 4,0...6; - densitatea catodica 0,5...5 A/dm2, optim 2...3 A/dm2. Se obtin depuneri de zinc lucioase, ductile, uniforme pe piese din otel, fonta, curpru si aliaje de cupru.
