- 7584 Exemplo Repete-se o Exemplo 63, com a excepção de que, em vez do agente de espessamento ali empregado, aplicam-se 12,9 g do polímero em pó preparado de acordo com o Exemplo 33, em conjunto com 5 g de uma solução de amoníaco aquoso a 25 Obtém-se uma estampagem azul, a qual, relativamente à intensidade de cor, uniformidade, nitidez de contornos, toque e resistências condiz com a estampagem que se obtém com o emprego da mesma quantidade de polímero sob a forma de uma emulsão polimérica do tipo água-em-óleo existente no comércio. REIVINDICAÇÕES lã. - Processo para a preparação de pós de polímeros em partículas finas por polimerização de monómeros solúveis em água no seio da fase aquosa de uma emulsão do tipo de água-em-óleo em presença de agentes emulsionantes do tipo de água-em-óleo, e de iniciadores de polimerização que originam radicais livres, desidratação azeotrópica da suspensão de polímero do tipo de água-em-óleo resultante è isolamento do pó de polímero em partículas finas suspenso, caracterizado pelo facto de se realizar a polimerização dos monómeros solúveis em água em presença de 0,1 a 10 % em peso de colóides de protecção em relação aos monómeros usados na polimerização ou então se adicionar o co-lóide de protecção depois de terminada a polimerização do tipo de água-em-óleo em quantidades compreendidas no intervalo en-tre 0,1 e 10 $ em peso, relativamente ao polímero. 2a. - Processo de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo facto de se realizar a polimerização dos monómeros soláveis em água adicionalmente em presença de 1 a 20 /a em peso, relativamente aos monómeros usados na polimerização, de pelo menos um emulsionante do tipo de óleo-em-égua. 3a. - Processo de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo facto de se empregar, como colóide protector, ésteres de sorbitano ou seus polímeros, que são usados geralmente na polimerização em suspensão inversa. 4a. - Processo de acordo com as reivindicações 1 ou 2, caractej-rizado pelo facto de se polimerizar os monómeros soláveis em água em presença de 50 a 5000 ppm de pelo menos um agente de reticulação. 5a. - Processo de acordo com as reivindicações 1 ou 2, caracterizado pelo facto de se desidratar azeotropicamente a emulsão de polímeros do tipo água-em-óleo, adicionalmente em presença de 0,5 a 10 $ em peso, relativamente ao total da emulsão de polímero, de um dissolvente polar orgânico como agente de aglomeração, ou se adicionar o agente de aglomeração à suspensão do polímero desidratada.
