Claims (3)

  1. REIVINDICAÇÕES 1. Processo de reciclagem de resíduos de folha complexa compreendendo, pelo menos, uma folha polimérica destinada a formar recipientes, a qual recebeu à sua superfície uma película de selagem soldada, caracterizado por compreender as seguintes etapas: a. moagem dos resíduos, b. separação mecânica dos resíduos moídos com o objectivo de separar as partículas leves das partículas pesadas compreendendo maioritariamente a folha polimérica, c. separação mecânica por peneiro das partículas leves provenientes da etapa b) a fim de separar as partículas de dimensões muito pequenas provenientes apenas da película de selagem e as partículas de polímero de dimensões maiores que constituem o rejeitado do peneiro, d. reagrupamento das partículas de polímero que correspondem às partículas pesadas da etapa b) e as partículas que constituem o rejeitado do peneiro da etapa c), e. fusão das partículas de polímero da etapa d) e filtração do polímero fundido.
  2. 2. Processo de reciclagem de resíduos de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado por a separação mecânica da etapa b) ser realizada por ciclonagem com contracorrente de ar.
  3. 3 . Processo de reciclagem de resíduos de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações anteriores, caracterizado por a etapa de moagem produzir partículas de dimensões compreendidas entre 1 e 5 milímetros. Processo de reciclagem de resíduos de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações anteriores, caracterizado por a filtração do polímero fundido da etapa e) ser de 90 a 110 pm. Processo de reciclagem de resíduos de acordo com a reivindicação 4, caracterizado por a filtração final do polímero fundido da etapa e) ser de 50 pm. Processo de reciclagem de resíduos de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações anteriores, caracterizado por compreender uma etapa adicional de granulação após fusão. Processo de reciclagem de resíduos de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações anteriores, caracterizado por, no caso de um polímero à base de polistireno de alto impacto e polistireno cristal, a temperatura de fusão ser superior a 200 °C. Utilização do processo de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações anteriores, para reciclagem de resíduos de folha de polistireno termoformável na indústria alimentar associados a uma película de selagem soldada. Dispositivo para implementar o processo de acordo com as reivindicações 1 à 7, caracterizado por compreender: - meios (31) de moagem, - meios (32) de triagem por gravidade do tipo ciclone, compreendendo meios (34) de recolha baixa e meios (36) de recolha alta, - meios (38) de triagem por peneiro das partículas recolhidas ao nível dos meios (36) de recolha alta com meios (40) de recolha do peneirado e meios (42) de recolha do rejeitado, - um granulador (44) com forno de fusão que assegura a fusão das partículas recolhidas ao nível dos meios (34) de recolha baixa e dos meios (42) de recolha do rejeitado e meios (46) de filtragem de material polimérico fundido.
