Abstract
Description
DESCRIÇÃO "VESTUÁRIO DE PROTECÇÃO PARA FORÇAS DE INTERVENÇÃO" A invenção diz respeito a vestuário de protecção para forças de intervenção de acordo com o conceito genérico da reivindicação de patente 1.DESCRIPTION " PROTECTION CLOTHING FOR INTERVENTION FORCES " The invention relates to protective clothing for intervention forces in accordance with the generic concept of patent claim 1.
Intervention forces, such as firefighters or similar, wear protective clothing whose primary purpose is to protect the body from heat or other harmful means. A further responsibility for protective clothing is to ensure good visibility of the wearer, in order to always maintain eye contact with the person concerned, even under the most difficult conditions. To ensure this visibility there are legal prescriptions regarding the application of special signs on protective clothing. These signals are usually composed of two different materials, namely on the one hand retro-reflecting materials, which are usually executed in silver, and fluorescent applications, which are usually performed in yellow. However, red and orange materials are also used. The most usual arrangement of both materials is the so-called combined stripe, a stripe of a fluorescent material with silver retro-reflective streaks applied thereto. Reflective transfer stripes are known in which glass beads are applied to a silver base surface. Similarly, the stripes may be produced from a fluorescent base material. These stripes bring an adhesive film activated by heat or pressure which is attached to the garment. Such stripes are of inconvenient maintenance, since the cleaning and repairing properties are reduced and after gluing no change is possible. A major drawback of this pattern is above all little or no respiratory activity in the area of the streak. Especially for intervention clothing is particularly important the existence of a high respiratory activity that allows the hard physical work of the intervention forces to be carried out under unfavorable conditions. Where, because of legal prescriptions, a significant part of the clothing surface is covered by these signaling stripes, the respiratory activity of the garment is so small that its functionality is significantly restricted.
Alternatively, there is known a reflective material which can be sewn, and which may be composed of either retro-reflective or fluorescent material or a combination thereof. But also in this material the problem of limiting respiratory activity remains. Other disadvantages of this feature are the poor cleaning properties and the fact that it does not have a textile touch. From EP 0 890 318 A there is known a garment in which an inner and an outer jacket are detachably attached. The outer coating is produced with a fluorescent and oleophobic color material. Such a jacket is not flame retardant and may not be used in a fireman's action, or may be used, but under limited conditions. WO 2006/128420 A discloses a protective garment with reflective bands, in which a perforation is provided to increase respiratory activity. Similar solutions are described in WO 03/011064 A or in EP 0 917 888 A. These solutions present only a displacement of the problem, since due to legal prescriptions it is necessary to form a certain reflective and / or fluorescent surface. Where a significant portion of holes or perforations are provided, the gross surface area of applications must be increased to meet these requirements, which again leads to a limitation of respiratory activity. Thus, an effective solution of the problem can not be expected here. Other solutions are disclosed from US 2004/0143882 A, US 6,009,560 A and US 2006/0030228 A. The purpose of the present invention is to avoid these drawbacks and to provide a solution which not only meets the legal requirements in respect of visibility and reflective behavior, but also offering maximum respiratory activity, and with it, optimum comfort of use.
According to the invention, these objects are achieved by the design according to claim 1. The base layer is generally produced by a yellow, flame retardant and fluorescent fabric which has a high respiratory activity and has good cleaning properties . The fabric is usually produced on cotton / methacrylate basis or with mixtures of aramid fibers, 3 to ensure the mechanical and thermal characteristics required in fire-fighting actions. With a nanotechnological finish, it is possible to provide this fabric with anti-dirt properties, which resist even after many washing processes. The textile character is thus improved. The flexibility and folding behavior is also especially improved. The retro-reflective stripe, which is usually silver in color, can be stitched or glued to the base stripe. In the collage the base strip is inserted with the retro-reflective stripe in a continuous press, where the stripes are glued to one another by the application of heat and pressure.
In the solution according to the invention the respiratory activity is significantly improved, since the entire visible base scratch area is active at the respiratory level. Arrangements can be made without higher costs. Also the comfort of dressing is significantly improved, since the reflective streaks thus sewn can form pleats with the movement without any problem. It is especially advantageous if the reflective strip, consisting of a base and a retro-reflective stripe, is sewn into the base material. In this way limitation of respiratory activity can be avoided.
A particularly favorable embodiment of the invention provides for the edges of the base strip to be folded inwards. In this way the edges can be prevented from fraying and the seam with which the reflective stripe is sewn into the base material in the area of the folded edge can be introduced. By this process a particularly good fastening can be achieved and the risk of wear of the seam can be largely avoided.
Estas mostram em esquema:In the following, the present invention will be explained in detail through the embodiments shown in the Figures. These show in scheme:

Fig. 2 is a representation of a variant embodiment in a section corresponding to Fig. The garment of FIG. 1 is composed of base material 1 with respiratory activity with a reflective stripe 6 thereon which is composed of a base 2 of a fluorescent flame retardant fabric with high respiratory activity in which a 4. In the embodiment of FIG. 1, the retro-reflective stripe 4 is glued to the base strip 2. The edges 3 of the base strip 2 are folded inwardly and the seams marked in the diagram with the number 5 are are arranged in the region of these folded edges 3. The embodiment variant of FIG. 2 differs from FIG. 1 in that the base strip 2 is composed of adhesive tape material, which has no shirring edges. As such, the borders are not folded here. The seams with which the base strip 2 is fixed in the base material 1 are marked with 5a, while the other seams, which maintain the backstage stripe 4, are marked with 5b. The present invention provides a protective clothing for interventional forces which has the highest level of respiratory activity simultaneously, robust and long-lasting.
