Description

2, zas fig. 2 — przekrój wzdluz linji 4—4 na fig. 1.Piec koksowy sklada sie z wykonanych w sposób znany komór m, oraz scian grzej¬ nych, znajdujacych sie miedzy temi komo¬ rami. Sciany grzejne zaopatrzone sa w pio¬ nowe kanaly grzejne 6, oddzielone od siebie sciankami poprzecznemi a. Kanaly grzejne b lacza sie u swych górnych wylotów r z poziomym kanalem zbiorczym s dla spalin.Dysza f doprowadza od dolu gaz grzejny (oczyszczony gaz koksowy) do kanalówpianowych, przyczem gaz ten doplywa do dyszy / z kanalu g, sluzacego do rozdziela¬ nia gazu. Do doprowadzania powietrza spa¬ linowego do kanalów grzejnych sluza ka¬ naly k, umieszczone w przegrodach scian grzejnych. Z kana¬ lów i (fig. Pozostale przegrody 62, cf4 i t. d. scian grzejnych nie posiadaja kanalów przeznaczonych do doprowadza¬ nia powietrza i moga byc uzyte do uksztal¬ towania w nich kanalów, sluzacych do in¬ nych celów. Wedlug niniejszego przykladu wykonania wynalazku kazda z tych prze¬ gród b2, b4 scian grzejnych zaopatrzona jest w pionowy kanal l (fig. 1), którego górny koniec laczy sie z kanalem zbiorczym s do spalin, zas dolny — laczy sie za posred¬ nictwem kanalu u z kanalem h2 (lezacym obok kanalu h1), prowadzacym do komina.Kanaly l sluza do odprowadzania gazów odlotowych z 'kanalu s. PL PL PLHeating devices in horizontal coke ovens are known, provided with vertical heating channels, in which the heating gas is supplied to these channels from below through nozzles, while the combustion air is also supplied from below through vertical channels located in the partitions of the heating walls. These channels are connected to the heating channels by means of air outlet openings arranged at different heights, whereby these air outlet openings can be smaller at the bottom and increase towards the top. The present invention consists in the fact that every second channel located in the heating wall partitions is provided with air outlet channels, the other ends of which are connected to the heating channels, while the remaining heating wall partitions either do not have any channels at all or have channels in them, serving other than the above-mentioned purposes. An example of the invention is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a cross-section along line 3-3 in Fig. 2, and Fig. 2 shows a cross-section along line 4-4 in Fig. 1. The coke oven consists of chambers m, constructed in a known manner, and heating walls located between these chambers. The heating walls are equipped with vertical heating channels 6, separated from each other by cross walls a. The heating channels b are connected at their upper outlets r to a horizontal collecting channel s for exhaust gases. Nozzle f supplies the heating gas (purified coke gas) from below to the foam channels, and this gas flows to nozzle / from channel g, which serves for gas distribution. Channels k, located in the partitions of the heating walls, are used to supply exhaust air to the heating channels. Fresh air required for combustion (e.g. air heated in regenerators) flows into these channels from the bottom of channels h through channels i. From channels i (Fig. 1) this air is supplied to the heating channels 6 through outlet channels e, d, c, located at different heights of the furnace. The exhaust gases, resulting from the combustion of the heating gas with the supplied air, escape through the upper outlets r of the heating channels b into the collecting channel s, and then as exhaust gases] into the chimney. The cross-sections of the outlet channels e, d, c increase from bottom to top, as a result of which complete combustion of the gas supplied to the bottom of the furnace is achieved, which again allows for uniform heat distribution throughout the heating channel. According to the invention, not every partition of the heating walls, but only every other one, namely partitions b1, bz, etc., are provided with air supply channels, the outlets of which e, d, c communicate with the heating channels. The remaining heating wall partitions 62, cf4, etc. do not have channels intended for air supply and can be used to form channels therein for other purposes. According to the present embodiment of the invention, each of these heating wall partitions b2, b4 is provided with a vertical channel l (Fig. 1), the upper end of which is connected to the exhaust gas collecting channel s, while the lower end is connected via channel u to channel h2 (located next to channel h1) leading to the chimney. Channels l serve to discharge exhaust gases from channel s.
