Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zdobina powierzchni wyrobu szklanego przeznaczona do umieszczania na szklanych przedmiotach artystycznych lub uzytkowych. Zdobina powierzchni wyrobu szklanego, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, ma postac pionowych pasków z nitek szkla w kolorze wyrobu na powierzchni którego jest umieszczana lub w kolorze kontrastowym do barwy tla na którym jest umieszczana. The surface decoration of a glass product, according to an industrial design, takes the form of vertical stripes of glass threads in the color of the product on which it is placed or in a color contrasting to the background color. The decoration can be placed on the entire surface of the glass product or only on selected areas of that surface. The glass threads forming the decoration can be in a single color or can form a two-color arrangement, for example, black and red on a colorless glass surface. The glass threads have the same width. In variants of the industrial design, the decorated arrangement can consist of wider and narrower threads arranged alternately. In variants of the industrial design, the decorated arrangement can consist of glass threads of different colors arranged alternately on the product's surface.
