Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zdobina powierzchni wyrobu szklanego przeznaczona do umieszczania na szklanych przedmiotach artystycznych lub uzytkowych. Zdobina powierzchni wyrobu szklanego, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, ma postac nitki szkla spiralnie nawinietej na powierzchni szklanego wyrobu artystycznego lub uzytkowego w kolorze wyrobu, na powierzchni którego jest umieszczana, lub w kolorze kontrastowym do barwy tla na którym jest umieszczana. Zdobina moze byc umieszczana na calej powierzchni wyrobu szklanego lub tylko na wybranych fragmentach te j powierzchni. W odmianach wzoru przemyslowego skok spirali moze byc wiekszy lub mniejszy. Nitka szkla tworzaca spirale na powierzchni wzoru uzytkowego moze byc w kolorze wyrobu lub w kolorze kontrastowym do barwy wyrobu. The surface decoration of the glass product, according to the industrial design, takes the form of a glass thread spirally wound on the surface of the glass artistic or utility object in the color of the object on which it is placed, or in a color contrasting to the color of the background on which it is placed. The decoration may be placed on the entire surface of the glass product or only on selected fragments of that surface. In variants of the industrial design, the spiral pitch may be larger or smaller. The glass thread forming the spiral on the surface of the utility model may be in the color of the object or in a color contrasting to the color of the object.
