Szachy Przedmiotem zgloszenia sa szachy - model „Galand" przeznaczone do gry umyslowej, prowadzonej na szachownicy przez dwóch przeciwników. Szachy skladaja sie z szachownicy i bierek. Szachownica to tablica podzielona na 64 kwadratowe pola zróznicowane barwa. Pola te maja na przemian ciemne i jasne barwy. Gre prowadzi sie za pomoca 32 bierek. W sklad bierek wchodza figury: król, królowa, goniec, wieza, skoczek oraz pionek. Figury wystepuja w dwóch kolorach; brazu i bezu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych ilustracjach, z których: 1) il. 1 przedstawia zlozona szachownice z postawionymi na jej polach bierkami. 2) il. 2 przedstawia figury króla, królowej, gonca oraz wiezy, 3) il. 3 przedstawia figury skoczka oraz pionka. Przedstawiony model szachów sklada sie z szachownicy w kolorach pól na przemian brazu i bezu, i bierek. Na szachownicy jest osiem linii poziomych oznaczonych cyframi od 1 do 8 (1) oraz osiem linii pionowych oznaczonych literami od „a" do ,,h"(2). Litery od „a" do „h" pisane sa ozdobna czcionka. Kazda litera ma charakterystyczny ogonek (3). Szachownica zamykana jest za pomoca dwóch ozdobnych zatrzasków (4). Elementem zdobiacym zatrzaski sa gwiazdki(5). Miedzy zatrzaskami jest wyrzezbione wglebienie w kolorze bezowym o zaokraglonych zewnetrznie krawedziach(ó). Po zewnetrznej stronie zatrzasków wystepuja równiez wyrzezbione wglebienia w postaci lekko splaszczonych pólkoli. (7). Podstawa kazdej figury jest okragla z wyrzezbieniem w ksztalcie cegly(l). Od okraglej podstawy w kierunku górnym figura ma dwa zwezenia wksztalcie pierscienia (2). Miedzy zwezeniami znajduje sie element kulisty z wyrytym wzorem pólksiezycy (3). Ksztalt górnej czesci kazdego bierka zalezy od typu figury. Górna czesc króla ma zwezajace sie w kierunku górnym wyprofilowanie (4), przechodzace w sciety odwrócony stozek o zaokraglonych krawedziach(5), na którego szczycie znajduje sie krzyz(6). Królowa ma w swej górnej czesci zwezajace sie w kierunku górnym wyprofilowanie (7) przechodzace w rzezbiony sciety odwrócony stozek o zaokraglonych krawedziach (8), który ma dwie kulki (9) wieksza, a na niej mniejsza (10). Ksztalt górnej czesci gonca jest owalny, rzezbiony (11), z kula na szczycie(12). Wieza w swej górnej czesci wykonczona jest w ksztalcie zamkowego muru obronnego (13) ze strzelnicami(14). Skoczek w swej górnej czesci ma ksztalt glowy (15) ze splaszczonym profilem(ló) i wyrzezbionymi oczami w postaci pólksiezycy (17). W ksztalcie górnej czesci pionka wystepuje sciety stozek (18) z kula na szczycie(19). PL PLChess The subject of the application is a chess set - the "Galand" model, intended for a mind game played on a chessboard by two opponents. The chess set consists of a chessboard and pieces. The chessboard is a board divided into 64 square squares of varying colors. These squares are alternately dark and light colors. The game is played with 32 pieces. The pieces include the following pieces: king, queen, bishop, rook, knight, and pawn. The pieces come in two colors: brown and beige. The industrial design is presented in the attached illustrations, of which: 1) Fig. 1 shows a complex chessboard with pieces placed on its squares. 2) Fig. 2 shows the pieces of the king, queen, bishop, and rook. 3) Fig. 3 shows the pieces of the knight and pawn. The presented chess set consists of a chessboard with alternating brown and beige field colors and pieces. The chessboard has eight horizontal lines marked with the numbers 1 to 8 (1) and eight vertical lines marked with the letters "a" to "h" (2). The letters "a" to "h" are written in a decorative font. Each letter has a distinctive tail (3). The chessboard is closed with two decorative latches (4). The latches are decorated with stars (5). Between the latches is a carved beige recess with rounded outer edges (ó). On the outer side of the latches there are also carved recesses in the form of slightly flattened semicircles (7). The base of each piece is round with a brick-shaped carving (l). From its circular base upwards, the piece has two ring-shaped narrowings (2). Between the narrowings is a spherical element with an engraved crescent pattern (3). The shape of the upper part of each piece depends on the type of piece. The upper part of the king has a profile that narrows upwards (4), transforming into a truncated, inverted cone with rounded edges (5), with a cross at its top (6). The upper part of the queen has a profile that narrows upwards (7), transforming into a carved, truncated, inverted cone with rounded edges (8), which has two balls (9), a larger one and a smaller one (10). The upper part of the bishop has a carved oval shape (11), with a ball at its top (12). The tower's upper section is finished in the shape of a castle defensive wall (13) with embrasures (14). The knight's upper section is shaped like a head (15) with a flattened profile (16) and carved crescent-shaped eyes (17). The pawn's upper section is shaped like a truncated cone (18) with a sphere at the top (19).
