Szachy Przedmiotem zgloszenia sa szachy - model „Magnat", przeznaczone do gry umyslowej, prowadzonej na szachownicy przez dwóch przeciwników. Szachy skladaja sie z szachownicy i bierek. Szachownica to tablica podzielona na 64 kwadratowe pola zróznicowane barwa. Pola te maja na przemian ciemne i jasne barwy. Gre prowadzi sie za pomoca 32 bierek Kazdy gracz ma do dyspozycji po 16 bierek bezowych lub brazowych. W sklad bierek wchodza figuiy: król, królowa, goniec, wieza, skoczek oraz pionek. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych ilustracjach, z których: 1) il.l przedstawia zlozona szachownice z postawionymi na jej polach bierkami. 2) il. 2 przedstawia figury króla i królowej, 3) il. 3 przedstawia figury gonca i skoczka, 4) il. 4 przedstawia figury wiezy i pionka. Przedstawiony model szachów sklada sie z szachownicy w kolorach pól na przemian brazu i bezu, i bierek. Na szachownicy jest osiem linii poziomych oznaczonych cyframi od 1 do 8 (1), oraz osiem linii pionowych oznaczonych literami od „a" do ,4i"(2). Liteiy od „a" do „h" pisane sa ozdobna czcionka. Kazda litera ma charakterystyczny ogonek(3). Szachownica zamykana jest za pomoca dwóch ozdobnych zatrzasków (4). Elementem zdobiacym zatrzaski sa gwiazdki (5). Na zetknieciu sie polówek tablicy szachowej wyryte jest wglebienie (6) o zaokraglonych zewnetrznie krawedziach. Dolna czesc figury królowej ma ksztalt scietego stozka o zaokraglonych krawedziach(8) przechodzacego w wyprofilowana talie(9). Od talii figura ma ksztalt odwróconego stozka o zaokraglonej podstawie(lO). Królowa ma rece z bufiastymi rekawami(l 1), Glowa królowej jest zwienczona korona(12). PL PL PLChess The subject of the application is a chess set - the "Magnat" model, designed for a mind game played on a chessboard by two opponents. The chess set consists of a chessboard and pieces. The chessboard is a board divided into 64 square squares of varying colors. These squares are alternately dark and light colors. The game is played with 32 pieces. Each player has 16 beige or brown pieces at their disposal. The pieces include the following pieces: king, queen, bishop, rook, knight, and pawn. The industrial design is presented in the attached illustrations, of which: 1) Fig. 1 shows a complex chessboard with pieces placed on its squares. 2) Fig. 2 shows the king and queen pieces, 3) Fig. 3 shows the bishop and knight pieces, 4) Fig. 4 shows the rook and pawn pieces. The presented chess set consists of a chessboard with alternating brown and beige field colors and pieces. The chessboard has eight horizontal lines marked with the numbers 1 to 8 (1), and eight vertical lines marked with the letters "a" to "4i" (2). The letters "a" to "h" are written in a decorative font. Each letter has a characteristic tail (3). The chessboard is closed with two decorative latches (4). The latches are decorated with stars (5). Where the halves of the chessboard meet, there is a recess (6) with rounded outer edges. On the outer side of the latches, there are also carved recesses in the form of slightly flattened semicircles (7). The base of each piece is round (1). The body of the king's figure consists of a truncated lower cone (2) and a truncated upper cone (3) with a rounded base, topped by a head with a neck and a widened, contoured collar (4). A crown is set on the king's head (5). At waist level, a scepter with two orbs (6) is visible. The king's arms are covered with a sapele (7). The lower part of the queen's figure is shaped like a truncated cone with rounded edges (8) merging into a contoured waist (9). From the waist down, the figure is shaped like an inverted cone with a rounded base (10). The queen has arms with puffed sleeves (11). The queen's head is topped with a crown (12). The bishop is shaped like a truncated cone (13). A sword (14) adheres to the figure from the waist down. On the side of the figure is a triangular shield with slightly rounded sides (15). On the figure's head is a carved semicircular helmet (16). The figure, called the knight, consists of a truncated lower cone (17) and a truncated upper cone (18). The cones are separated by an inverted bowl (19). The figure has a horse's head (20) in its upper part with a cylindrical element forming a braced horse's mane (21). The tower is cone-shaped with transverse grooves (22). The tower's decorative elements include an imitation window (23). The upper part of the figure is topped with a wall with embrasures (24). The pawn is oval (25). Adjacent to the figure are a round shield (26) and a spear (27). The head is topped with a semicircular helmet (28).
