Szachy Przedmiotem zgloszenia sa szachy - model „Royal" przeznaczone do gry umyslowej, prowadzonej na szachownicy przez dwóch przeciwników. Szachy skladaja sie z szachownicy i bierek. Szachownica to tablica podzielona na 64 kwadratowe pola zróznicowane barwa. Pola te maja na przemian ciemne i jasne barwy. Gre prowadzi sie za pomoca 32 bierek. Kazdy gracz ma po 16 bierek brazowych lub bezowych. W sklad bierek wchodza figuiy: król, królowa, goniec, wieza, skoczek oraz pionek. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych ilustracjach, z których: 1) il. 1 przedstawia zlozona szachownice z postawionymi na je j polach bierkami. 2) il. 2 przedstawia figury króla, królowej, 3) il. 3 przedstawia figuiy skoczka, wiezy, gonca oraz pionka. Przedstawiony model szachów sklada sie z szachownicy w kolorach pól na przemian brazu i bezu, i bierek. Na szachownicy jest osiem linii poziomych oznaczonych cyframi od 1 do 8 (1) oraz osiem linii pionowych oznaczonych literami od „a" do ,,h"(2). Liteiy od „a" do „h" pisane sa ozdobna czcionka. Kazda litera ma charakterystyczny ogonek (3). Szachownica zamykana jest za pomoca dwóch ozdobnych zatrzasków(4). Elementem zdobiacym zatrzaski sa gwiazdki(5). Miedzy zatrzaskami jest wyrzezbione wglebienie w kolorze bezowym o zaokraglonych zewnetrznie krawedziach(ó). Po zewnetrznej stronie zatrzasków wystepuja równiez wyrzezbione wglebienia w postaci lekko splaszczonych pólkoli (7). Figury skladaja sie z trzech bryl: 1. podstawy, 2. splaszczonej metalowej kuli, 3. korpusu figury.Okragla podstawa figury lw czesci dolnej ma ksztalt splaszczonej czaszy(l), a w czesci górnej ma ksztalt scietego stozka z podniesiona krawedzia podstawy tworzaca mise (2). Bryla 2 jest wykonana z metalu (mosiadz) w ksztalcie splaszczonej kuli(3). Korpus figury króla 3 w czesci dolnej ma ksztalt scietego stozka (4) i pierscienia (5). Nastepnie ze scietego odwróconego stozka (6) przechodzi w czesc poszerzona(7). Figura zwienczona jest stylizowana glowa w koronie(8). Korpus figury królowej 3 w czesci dolnej ma ksztalt scietego stozka (9) i pierscienia (10). Nastepnie ze scietego odwróconego stozka (11) przechodzi w czesc poszerzona( 12). Glowa figury jes t obla bez korony( 13). Korpus figury skoczka 3 ma ksztalt stylizowanej glowy konia(14). PL PLChess The subject of the application is a chess set - the "Royal" model, intended for a mental game played on a chessboard by two opponents. The chess set consists of a chessboard and pieces. The chessboard is a board divided into 64 square squares of different colors. These squares are alternately dark and light colors. The game is played with 32 pieces. Each player has 16 brown or beige pieces. The pieces include the following pieces: king, queen, bishop, rook, knight, and pawn. The industrial design is presented in the attached illustrations, of which: 1) Fig. 1 shows a complex chessboard with pieces placed on its squares. 2) Fig. 2 shows the pieces of the king and queen, 3) Fig. 3 shows the pieces of the knight, rook, bishop, and pawn. The presented chess set consists of a chessboard with alternating brown and beige squares and pieces. The chessboard has eight horizontal lines marked with the numbers 1 to 8 (1) and eight vertical lines marked with the letters "a" to "h" (2). The letters "a" to "h" are written in a decorative font. Each letter has a distinctive tail (3). The chessboard is closed with two decorative latches (4). The latches are decorated with stars (5). Between the latches is a carved beige recess with rounded outer edges (6). On the outside of the latches there are also carved recesses in the form of slightly flattened semicircles (7). The figures consist of three solids: 1. a base, 2. a flattened metal sphere, 3. the body of the figure. The round base of the lion figure has a flattened bowl-shaped lower part (l), and a truncated cone-shaped upper part with a raised base edge forming a bowl (2). Solid 2 is made of metal (brass) in the shape of a flattened sphere (3). The body of the king 3 figure has a truncated cone-shaped lower part (4) and a ring (5). It then transforms from a truncated inverted cone (6) into a widened part (7). The figure is topped with a stylized crowned head (8). The body of the queen 3 figure has a truncated cone-shaped lower part (9) and a ring (10). Then, from a truncated inverted cone (11), it transforms into a widened part (12). The head of the figure is rounded without a crown (13). The body of the knight figure 3 has the shape of a stylized horse's head (14). The tower figure 3 transforms from a truncated inverted cone (15) into a truncated cone (16), and then into a cylinder (17). Further down the body, there is a visible truncated inverted cone (18) and a truncated cone (19), transforming again into a truncated cone in the shape of a tower with embrasures (20). The body of the bishop figure in its lower part is a truncated inverted cone (21) and a truncated cone with a raised and rounded base edge (22), which transforms into a ring (23). The distal part is cylindrical (24) with vertical grooves (25) and a ring in the center (26), which merges into an upper part with a significantly larger diameter than the part below (27).
