Szachy Przedmiotem zgloszenia sa szachy- model „Debowe" przeznaczone do gry umyslowej, prowadzonej na szachownicy przez dwóch przeciwników. Szachy skladaja sie z szachownicy i bierek. Szachownica to tablica podzielona na 64 kwadratowe pola zróznicowane barwa. Pola te maja na przemian ciemne i jasne barwy. Gre prowadzi sie za pomoca 32 bierek. Kazdy gracz ma do dyspozycji po 16 bierek o ciemnej lub jasnej barwie. W sklad bierek wchodza figury: król, królowa, goniec, wieza, skoczek oraz pionek. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych ilustracjach, z których: 1) il. 1 przedstawia zlozona szachownice z postawionymi na je j polach bierkami, 2) il. 2 przedstawia figury króla i królowej, 3) il. 3 przedstawia figury kolejno skoczka, wiezy, gonca oraz pionka. Przedstawiony model szachów sklada sie z szachownicy w kolorach pól na przemian brazu i bezu, i bierek. Na szachownicy jest osiem linii poziomych oznaczonych cyframi od 1 do 8 (1) ) oraz osiem linii pionowych oznaczonych literami od „a" do „h" (2). Litery pisane sa ozdobna czcionka. Kazda litera ma charakterystyczny ogonek(3). Szachownica zamykana jest za pomoca dwóch ozdobnych zatrzasków (4). Elementem zdobiacym zatrzaski sa gwiazdki (5). Miedzy zatrzaskami jest wyrzezbione wglebienie, o zaokraglonych zewnetrznie krawedziach(6). Po zewnetrznej stronie zatrzasków wystepuja równiez wyrzezbione wglebienia w postaci lekko splaszczonych pólkoli (7).Figury przedstawionych na ilustracjach szachów wystepuja w dwóch kolorach: brazie i kolorze polakierowanego drewna. Podstawa kazdej figury jest okragla, wyprofilowana(l). Figura króla sklada sie z dwóch czesci - górnej i dolnej. W dolna czesci widoczne sa rzezbione nogi z mieczem posrodku (2). Górna czesc ma ksztalt scietego stozka z glowa na szczycie(3). Ramiona króla przykryte sa krótka peleiyna(4). Na twarzy króla wystepuja bruzdy i wyzlobienia tworzace wasy i brode(5). Figura królowej przedstawia kobiete z wyrzezbiona dluga spódnica(6), z widocznymi na niej wglebieniami tworzacymi faldy(7). Królowa ma rece zlozone na wysokosci pasa(8). Figura zwienczona jest korona(9). Skoczek z wyprofilowanej podstawy przechodzi w ksztalt konskiego lba(10). Figura wiezy z wyprofilowanej podstawy przechodzi w ksztalt walca(l l),u którego w górnej czesci widoczny jest sciety stozek(12).Figura ma skrecone wyzlobienia(13). PL PLChess The subject of the application is a chess set - the "Oak" model, intended for a mental game played on a chessboard by two opponents. The chess set consists of a chessboard and pieces. The chessboard is a board divided into 64 square squares of varying colors. These squares are alternately dark and light colors. The game is played with 32 pieces. Each player has 16 pieces of dark or light color at their disposal. The pieces include the following pieces: king, queen, bishop, rook, knight, and pawn. The industrial design is presented in the attached illustrations, of which: 1) Fig. 1 shows a complex chessboard with pieces placed on its squares, 2) Fig. 2 shows the pieces of the king and queen, 3) Fig. 3 shows the pieces of the knight, rook, bishop, and pawn, respectively. The presented chess set consists of a chessboard with alternating brown and beige field colors and pieces. The chessboard has eight horizontal lines marked with the numbers 1 to 8 (1) and eight vertical lines marked with the letters "a" to "h" (2). The letters are written in a decorative font. Each letter has a characteristic tail (3). The chessboard is closed with two decorative latches (4). The latches are decorated with stars (5). Between the latches is a carved recess with externally rounded edges (6). On the outside of the latches there are also carved recesses in the form of slightly flattened semicircles (7). The chess pieces shown in the illustrations come in two colors: brown and the color of varnished wood. The base of each piece is round and profiled (l). The king's figure consists of two parts – upper and lower. The lower part features carved legs with a sword in the center (2). The upper part is shaped like a truncated cone with a head at the top (3). The king's arms are covered by a short cape (4). The king's face has grooves and carvings forming a mustache and beard (5). The queen's figure depicts a woman with a carved long skirt (6), with visible indentations forming pleats (7). The queen has her hands folded at waist level (8). The figure is topped with a crown (9). The knight transforms from a profiled base into the shape of a horse's head (10). The tower figure transforms from a profiled base into a cylinder (11), with a visible truncated cone (12) in the upper part. The figure has twisted grooves (13). The cylinder is topped with a section with a significantly widened diameter (14). The bishop figure transforms from a profiled base into a cylinder forming a column (15). Next, we see a profile (16), then a ring (17), and then a truncated cone (18), which then narrows (19). The figure is topped with an onion-shaped dome (20). The pawn figure transforms from a profiled base into a flattened sphere (21), then a truncated cone (22), and then a cylinder (23). Further down the body is a flattened sphere (24), followed by truncated inverted cones (25, 26). The figure is topped with a truncated inverted cone (27) with a sphere at its top (28). The essential features of the industrial design that distinguish the described chess set from others are: - the columnar shape of the pieces with a profiled base, - the grooves and recesses in the pieces: king and queen, giving the shape of folds on the clothes, - the characteristic shape of the bishop with an onion-shaped finial.
