Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zakladka, umozliwiajaca zaznaczanie pewnej informacji w notesie, w zeszycie, w notatniku lub oddzielenie przeczytanego tekstu ksiazki od pozostalej czesci. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów kolorystyke oraz material. Zakladka moze byc wytworzona w Iposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z usztywnionego papieru, z katonu oraz z tworzyw sztucznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonej fotografii, na której fig. 1-przedstawia zakladke w widokuogólnym odmiana 1, fig. 2 - ilustruje zakladke w widoku ogólnym odmiana 2. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony takze na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.3 - pokazujacym praktyczne zastosowania zakladki. Zakladka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonana z usztywnionego papieru badz z tworzywa sztucznego. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, odmiana 1, zaprezentowanego na fotografii, fig.l i na rysunku, fig.3 - nalezy zaliczyc, ze zakladka 1 jest uksztaltowana w formie paska 2 z jednej strony zakonczonego krawedzia prostopadla do wzdluznych boków a po przeciwnej strome zaopatrzona w rysunek 3 z wycietym obrysem. Rysunek 3 z wycietym obrysem przedstawia scenke rodzajowa, przy czym pomiedzy obrysem rysunku 3 od strony paska 2 a obrzezem paska 2 sa utworzone po obu stronach szczeliny 4, umozliwiajace wsuniecie i przytrzymanie oddzielonych kartek 5. The industrial design is a bookmark that allows for marking certain information in a notebook, exercise book, or notepad, or for separating the text of a book from the rest of the book. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colors, and materials. The bookmark can be manufactured industrially or by hand from stiffened paper, cardboard, or plastics. The industrial design is presented in the attached photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the bookmark in a general view, variant 1, and Fig. 2 illustrates the bookmark in a general view, variant 2. The design is also shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 3, which shows the practical applications of the bookmark. The bookmark, in accordance with the industrial design, is made of stiffened paper or plastic. Among the essential features of the industrial design, variant 1, presented in photograph (Fig. 1) and drawing (Fig. 3), is that bookmark 1 is shaped as a strip 2, terminated on one side by an edge perpendicular to the longitudinal sides, and on the opposite side provided with a figure 3 with a cut-out outline. Figure 3 with the cut-out outline depicts a genre scene, with slits 4 formed on both sides between the outline of figure 3 on the side of strip 2 and the edge of strip 2, allowing for the insertion and holding of separated sheets 5. One of the longitudinal sides of strip 2 has a scale 6, acting as a measuring tape. The essential features of the industrial design, variant 2, presented in the photograph, Fig. 2 and the drawing, Fig. 3, include that the fold 1 is shaped as a strip 2 with an edge perpendicular to the longitudinal sides on one side and a figure 3 with a cut-out outline on the opposite side. Figure 3 with a cut-out outline shows a genre scene, and between the outline of figure 3 on the side of strip 2 and the edge of strip 2, there are slits 4 on both sides, allowing for the insertion and holding of separated sheets 5.
