Naklejka w postaci znaczka korespondencyjnego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest naklejka w postaci znaczka korespondencyjnego przeznaczona do naklejania jako element ozdobny, informacyjny, promocyjny lub pamiatkowy na materialach korespondencyjnych, a zwlaszcza na kopertach. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, materiale oraz w tematyce grafiki. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia arkusz naklejek w postaci znaczka korespondencyjnego o ksztalcie prostokatnym, z perforacja okragla, fig. 2 do 11 przedstawia rózne ksztalty naklejek z pustym polem na naniesienie grafiki, zas fig. 13 przedstawia fragment obrzez a w powiekszeniu. The essence of the design is the new form of the item, manifested in the shape, line layout, material, and graphic subject matter. The design is presented in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a sheet of stickers in the form of a rectangular correspondence stamp with circular perforation, Figs. 2 to 11 show various sticker shapes with an empty field for graphics, and Fig. 13 shows a magnified fragment of the edge. A sticker in the form of a correspondence stamp according to the pattern is made of gummed or self-adhesive paper, with an empty field on the front surface for digital or offset printing and is characterized in that its dimensions are similar to the dimensions of postage stamps, while the edge of the sticker is a serrated line obtained as a result of perforation of sheets with stickers, and the graphics on the stickers are free, resulting from individual orders and may take the form of all kinds of photos, including scenic or occasional photos, photos of people, and the graphics may also contain advertising content, trademarks, any verbal or verbal-graphic content. The edge line may have semicircular serrations (round perforation holes) as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 13. The stamps may have a rectangular shape as shown in Fig. 2 and 3, circular as shown in Fig. 4, semicircular as shown in Fig. 5, hexagonal as shown in Fig. 6, triangular as shown in Figs. 7 to 9, quadrilateral as shown in Fig. 10 and octagonal as shown in Fig. 1. Essential features of the design The sticker in the form of a correspondence stamp with dimensions similar to those of postage stamps has a serrated edge, the edge line being created as a result of perforations separating the individual stickers on the sheet. The postage stamp sticker has a blank area for printing any custom graphic, which can be a photo, trademark, or may contain verbal or mixed text. The postage stamp sticker is shaped like a polygon, circle, or segment thereof.
