The industrial design registration right is valid from: The subject of the industrial design is a bottle with a lid for storing food products such as mustard, ketchup, and mayonnaise. The essence of the design is a new form of a bottle with a lid, manifested in the shape and an applied convexity and recess representing an image of a tomato and two peppers. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing and photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows an axonometric drawing of the bottle, and Fig. 2 shows a photograph of the bottle in an axonometric view. The bottle with a lid, according to the design, is made of plastic and consists of an elliptical body passing through a spherical constriction into a cylindrical cap with a secure closure. The main body features rectangular recesses on both sides, with an arcuate top line and rounded corners, intended for labels. Above the arcuate recess in the spherical transition section at the top of the bottle, a concave image of a tomato is carved on both sides, flanked by images of two peppers. The side surface of the bottle features an elliptical recess on both sides at the bottom.
