Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw materialów informacyjno - szkoleniowych, zwlaszcza dla kandydatów na kierowców, skladajacy sie z teczki oraz materialów szkoleniowo-informacyjnych w postaci ksiazek, zeszytów, notatnika i plyty. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac przedmiotu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów i ksztaltu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia teczke zestawu w postaci rozlozonej w widoku od strony zewnetrznej, fig. 2 - teczke zestawu w postaci zlozonej w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - teczke zestawu w widoku od wewnatrz, zawierajaca przykladowo ulozone elementyzestawu, fig. 4 - plyte CD zestawu, fig. 5 - okladke zeszytu cwiczen zestawu, w widoku z przodu, fig. 6 - okladke ksiazki zestawu pt. „Podrecznik kierowcy", w widoku z przodu, fig. 7 - okladke ksiazki zestawu pt. „Znaki drogowe z komentarzem", w widoku z przodu, fig. 8 - okladke ksiazki zestawu pt. „Kodeks drogowy", w widoku z przodu, fig. 9 - okladke elementu zestawu pt. „Notatnik kursanta", w widoku z przodu, a fig. 10 przedstawia okladke zeszytu zestawu pt. „Skrzyzowania", w widoku z przodu. Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego Zestaw materialów informacyjno-szkoleniowych, zwlaszcza dla kandydatów na kierowców, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze sklada sie z teczki w formie zamykanego prostopadloscianu oraz materialów szkoleniowo- informacyjnych w postaci ksiazek, zeszytów, notatnika i plyty, przy czym powierzchnia czolowa teczki ma ksztalt prostokata o zaokraglonych narozach znajdujacych sie przy krawedzi otwarcia teczki, ponadto na powierzchni czolowej i tylnej umieszczony jest kolorowy rysunek obrazujacy rondo i drogi dojazdowe do tego ronda, a w prawym górnym rogu powierzchni czolowej widnieje duza, biala litera L na tle niebieskiego kwadratu z biala obwódka, zas w dolnej czesci tej powierzchni czolowej umieszczona jest czerwona figura z biala obwódka, przypominajaca romb o dwu naprzeciwleglych, zaokraglonych narozach, na której to figurze umieszczony jest napis informacyjny o tresci: ABC KIEROWCY Materialy szkoleniowe dla kandydatów na kierowców oraz napis informujacy o wydawcy, ponadto na wewnetrznej stronie teczka ma zamocowane zamkniecie w postaci elementu samoprzylepnego, zas na czesci stanowiacej kieszen na broszury i pozostale elementy zestawu umieszczona jest tabela skladajaca sie z kolumn i wierszy do zapisywania danych dotyczacych harmonogramu jazd, jak pokazano na materiale ilustracyjnym - fig. 1 do fig.3. Plyta CD zestawu posiada, na niebieskim tle, napis informacyjny w kolorze czerwonym dotyczacy plyty: EURO TEST oraz w prawej dolnej czesci zólty napis: ABC KIEROWCY, a w lewej dolnej czesci duza, biala litere L naniebieskim, kwadratowym tle. Na pozostalej powierzchni widoczne sa napisy informacyjne, jak pokazano na fig. 4. Zeszyt cwiczen zestawu jest w kolorze czerwonym, przy czym kolor ten zmienia sie od czerwono-pomaranczowego w lewym górnym rogu do ciemno - czerwonego w prawym dolnym rogu i ma, umieszczony posrodku rysunek samochodu, pod którym to samochodem widnieje napis informacyjny w kolorze zóltym dotyczacy zeszytu, zas w lewym górnym rogu napis: ABC KIEROWCY w kolorze zóltym, a w prawym górnym rogu widnieje duza biala litera L na niebieskim tle w ksztalcie kwadratu otoczonego biala obwódka, jak pokazano na fig. 5. Okladka pierwszej z ksiazek zestawu, w widoku czolowym, ma kolor zielony, na którym widnieja ilustracje pokazujace droge, zajmujace prawie polowe powierzchni od dolu okladki, a nad ta ilustracja zólty napis: PODRECZNIK KIEROWCY, jak pokazano na fig. 6. Okladka drugiej z ksiazek zestawu ma kolor czerwony, na którym widnieje ilustracja pokazujaca pasy drogi i elementy informacyjne dotyczace tej ksiazki, zajmujaca prawie polowe powierzchni od dolu okladki, a nad ta ilustracja zólty napis: ZNAKI DROGOWE Z KOMENTARZEM, jak pokazano na fig.7. Okladka trzeciej z ksiazek zestawu ma kolor niebieski, przy czym jest on najciemniejszy w lewym górnym rogu, a najjasniejszy w prawym dolnym rogu. W dolnej czesci, zajmujacej prawie polowe powierzchni okladki, widnieje ilustracja skladajaca sie z kilku obrazów zwiazanych z ksiazka, a nad ilustracja widnieje zólty napis: KODEKS DROGOWY, jak pokazano na fig.8. Okladka notatnika zestawu ma w górnej czesci kolor granatowy zmieniajacy sie ku dolowi w kolor fioletowy, na którym widnieje ilustracja skladajaca sie z kilku obrazów zwiazanych z tematem, a nad ilustracja widnieje zólty napis: NOTATNIK KURSANTA, jak pokazano na fig.9. Ksiazki i notatnik zestawu maja wspólny element, charakterystyczny dla calego zestawu informacyjno-szkoleniowego, którym jest duza biala litera L na tle niebieskiego kwadratu z biala obwódka i umieszczona w poblizu lewego górnego rogu kazdej z ksiazek i notatnika, a obok tej litery widnieje bialy napis z czarna obwódka: ABC KIEROWCY, jak pokazano na materiale ilustracyjnym - fig. 6 do fig.9.Okladka zeszytu zestawu ma kolor czerwony, przy czym kolor ten zmienia sie od jasnego w lewym górnym rogu do ciemnego w prawym dolnym rogu i ma, umieszczone dwie ilustracje dotyczace zeszytu, ponadto pod tymi ilustracjami widnieje napis informacyjny dotyczacy zeszytu w kolorze zóltym: Skrzyzowania, zas w prawym, górnym rogu napis: SERIA ABC KIEROWCY w kolorze zóltym i duza, biala litera L na niebieskim tle w ksztalcie kwadratu z biala obwódka. The subject of the industrial design is a set of information and training materials, especially for driver candidates, consisting of a folder and training and information materials in the form of books, notebooks, a notebook, and a CD. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the object, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, and shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which fig. 1 shows the set's folder in unfolded form in a view from the outside, fig. 2 - the set's folder in folded form in a front view, fig. 3 - the set's folder in a view from the inside, containing, for example, arranged elements of the set, fig. 4 - the set's CD, fig. 5 - the cover of the set's exercise book, in a front view, fig. 6 - the cover of the set's book entitled "Driver's Handbook", in a front view, fig. 7 - the cover of the set's book entitled "Road signs with commentary", in a front view, fig. 8 - the cover of the set's book entitled "Highway Code", in a front view, fig. 9 - the cover of an element of the set entitled "Student's notebook", front view, and fig. 10 shows the cover of the notebook of the set entitled "Crossroads", front view. Essential features of the industrial design A set of information and training materials, especially for driver candidates, is characterized by the fact that it consists of a folder in the form of a closed cuboid and training and information materials in the form of books, notebooks, a notebook and a CD, the front surface of the folder is in the shape of a rectangle with rounded corners located at the edge of the folder opening, in addition, on the front and back surfaces there is a color drawing of a roundabout and access roads to this roundabout, and in the upper right corner of the front surface there is a large white letter L on the background of a blue square with a white border, while in the lower part of this front surface there is a red figure with a white border, resembling a rhombus with two opposite rounded corners, on which the figure is placed an information inscription with the content: ABC DRIVERS Training materials for driver candidates and the inscription information about the publisher, in addition, on the inside of the folder there is a self-adhesive closure, while on the part constituting a pocket for brochures and other elements of the set there is a table consisting of columns and rows for recording data regarding the driving schedule, as shown in the illustrations - Fig. 1 to Fig. 3. The CD of the set has, on a blue background, an information inscription in red regarding the disc: EURO TEST and in the lower right part a yellow inscription: ABC DRIVERS, and in the lower left part a large, white letter L on a blue, square background. On the remaining surface there are information texts, as shown in Fig. 4. The exercise book of the set is red, the color changing from red-orange in the upper left corner to dark red in the lower right corner, and has a drawing of a car in the center, under which there is an information text in yellow about the exercise book, and in the upper left corner there is an inscription: DRIVER'S ABC in yellow, and in the upper right corner there is a large white letter L on a blue background in the shape of a square surrounded by a white border, as shown in Fig. 5. The cover of the first book of the set, in a frontal view, is green, on which there are illustrations showing the road, taking up almost half of the surface from the bottom of the cover, and above this illustration there is a yellow inscription: DRIVER'S MANUAL, as shown in Fig. 6. The cover of the second book of the set is red, on which There is an illustration showing road lanes and information elements relating to this book, occupying almost half of the bottom cover, and above this illustration is the yellow inscription: ROAD SIGNS WITH COMMENTARY, as shown in Fig. 7. The cover of the third book in the set is blue, with the color being darkest in the upper left corner and lightest in the lower right corner. In the lower part, occupying almost half of the cover, there is an illustration consisting of several images related to the book, and above the illustration is the yellow inscription: ROAD CODE, as shown in Fig. 8. The cover of the set's notebook is navy blue at the top, changing to purple towards the bottom, on which there is an illustration consisting of several images related to the topic, and above the illustration there is a yellow inscription: STUDENT'S NOTEBOOK, as shown in fig.9. The books and notebook of the set have a common element, characteristic for the entire information and training set, which is a large white letter L on a blue square with a white border and placed near the upper left corner of each book and notebook, and next to this letter there is a white inscription with a black border: DRIVER'S ABC, as shown in the illustrations - Fig. 6 to Fig. 9. The cover of the set's notebook is red, with this color changing from light in the upper left corner to dark in the lower right corner and has two illustrations related to the notebook. Furthermore, under these illustrations there is an information inscription related to the notebook in yellow: Crossroads, and in the upper right corner there is an inscription: DRIVER'S ABC SERIES in yellow and a large white letter L on a blue background in the shape of a square with a white border. In the upper left corner there is a yellow inscription with information about the manufacturer, as shown in Fig. 10. The covers of the set elements, according to the industrial design, can be in any color combination and have any information inscriptions and graphics related to the manufacturer placed in any position.
