Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac przedmiotu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów i ksztaltu. The essence of the design is the new and individually characterful form of the item, given to it by the features of lines, contours, and shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows the set's briefcase unfolded from the outside, Fig. 2 - the set's folded briefcase from the front view, Fig. 3 - the cover of the set's book entitled "Driver's Handbook," in a front view, Fig. 4 - the cover of the set's book entitled "Road signs with commentary", front view, fig. 5 - cover of the set's exercise book, front view, fig. 6 - the set's CD, front view, and fig. 7 shows the set's folder from the inside, containing, for example, arranged elements of the set. Essential features of the industrial design The set of information and training materials, especially for driver candidates, is characterized by the fact that it consists of a folder in the form of a closed cuboid and training and information materials in the form of books, an exercise book and a CD, the front surface of the folder is in the shape of a rectangle with rounded corners located at the edge of the folder's opening, in addition, on the front and back surfaces there is a colorful drawing against a green landscape background, illustrating a road, and in the right, lower corner of the front surface there is a large, white letter L on a blue square background with a white border, and next to it a white inscription informing about the edition and a yellow inscription informing about the name of the publisher, and in the upper part of this front surface there is a blue inscription with a white border, with the content: ABC KIEROWCY and in red color with a yellow border, the inscription: TRAINING MATERIALS FOR DRIVER CANDIDATES, in addition, the folder has a self-adhesive closure attached to the inside, and on the back part, near the lower left corner, there are red inscriptions informing about the contents of the folder, as shown in the illustration - Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 7. The first book in the set has a green cover with illustrations showing a road, cars and a scene with a pedestrian crossing, taking up almost half of the bottom of the cover, and above these illustrations there is a yellow inscription: DRIVER'S MANUAL, in the upper left corner there is a large white letter L on a blue square with a white border, and next to it there is a white inscription: DRIVER'S ABC, and below the illustrations there is an information inscription about the publisher, as shown in fig. 3. The second book in the set has a red cover with an illustration showing road lanes against a landscape background, as well as information road signs, taking up almost half of the bottom of the cover, and above this illustration there is a yellow inscription: ROAD SIGNS WITH COMMENTARY, and in the upper left corner there is a large white letter L on a blue square with a white border. a blue square with a white border, and next to it a white inscription: DRIVER'S ABC, and under the illustrations - an inscription about the publisher, as shown in Fig. 4. The exercise book of the set is in red, with this color changing from red-orange in the upper left corner to dark red in the lower right corner, and has, in the center, a drawing of a car, with information about the publisher, in red, placed on the license plate of this car, under which there is an information inscription in white: CURRENT QUESTION DATABASE and a yellow inscription indicating the year of publication of the exercise book, and in the upper left corner there is a large white letter L on a blue background in the shape of a square surrounded by a white border, and in the upper right corner, the inscription: DRIVER'S ABC in yellow, and in the center, above the illustration - the inscription: CWYCZENIA KAT.
