Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac przedmiotu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów , koloru i ksztaltu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia teczke zestawu w postaci rozlozonej, w widoku od strony zewnetrznej, fig. 2 - teczke zestawu w postaci zlozonej, w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - plansze z fotografiami, pod którymi umieszczone sa pytania i odpowiedzi, fig. 4 - karte protokólu egzaminacyjnego, fig. 5 - karte z polami do zaznaczania odpowiedzi, fig. 6 - karte - arkusz przebiegu egzaminu, a fig. 7 przedstawia karte - formularz zaswiadczenia.Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego Zestaw do egzaminu wewnetrznego dla kandydatów na kierowców, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze sklada sie z teczki w formie zamykanego prostopadloscianu oraz materialów egzaminacyjnych w postaci planszy z fotografiami, pod którymi umieszczone sa pytania i odpowiedzi oraz karty - protokól egzaminacyjny, karty z polami do zaznaczania odpowiedzi, karty - arkusz przebiegu egzaminu i karty - formularza zaswiadczenia. Powierzchnia czolowa teczki ma ksztalt prostokata o zaokraglonych narozach, znajdujacych sie przy krawedzi otwarcia teczki i jest w kolorze czerwonym, przy czym kolor ten zmienia sie na powierzchni rozlozonej teczki, od najjasniejszego czerwono - pomaranczowego, w lewym górnym rogu, do ciemno - czerwonego, w prawym dolnym rogu, a w górnej czesci powierzchni czolowej teczki umieszczony jest kolorowy rysunek w postaci samochodu, obok którego w poblizu prawego, górnego rogu widnieje duza, biala litera L na tle niebieskiego kwadratu z biala obwódka. Oba elementy oddzielaja dwie poziome, nawzajem równolegle, zólte linie, pomiedzy którymi umieszczony jest napis w kolorze zóltym: "ZESTAW DO EGZAMINU WEWNETRZNEGO", ponadto, ponizej po lewej stronie jest figura prostokatna z zólta obwódka, a w niej, u góry widnieje napis w kolorze zóltym: "Kategoria:", zas po prawej stronie - zólty napis informacyjny o zawartosci zestawu. W dolnej czesci powierzchni czolowej teczki jest zólty napis: ASGRAF, jak pokazno na na materiale ilustracyjnym - fig. 1 i fig. 2. Material egzaminacyjny w postaci prostokatnej planszy wykonany jest z fotografii, obrazujacych drogi, skrzyzowania, znaki drogowe i samochody w róznych sytuacjach, umieszczonych w trzech rzedach i trzech kolumnach, pod którymi, na niebieskim pasie, umieszczone sa napisy - pytania, a pod nimi trzy wersje odpowiedzi oznaczone literami: A^C, zas po prawej stronie kazdej fotografii widoczne sa pola zawierajace cyfry, liczby i wyrazy, jak pokazno na na materiale ilustracyjnym - fig. 3. Material egzaminacyjny w postaci prostokatnej karty - protokólu egzaminacyjnego, zawiera tabele z wieloma kolumnami i wierszami, nad którymi umieszczony jest napis: "Protokól egzaminacyjny" oraz informacjeo terminie i okresie egzaminu. Napisy te oddziela, od lewej strony, pionowa linia, bedaca przedluzeniem jednej z linii oddzielajacych kolumny, tworzac w górnym, lewym rogu karty, puste pole w ksztalcie prostokata, jak pokazano na materiale ilustracyjnym - fig.4. Material egzaminacyjny w postaci prostokatnej karty z polami do zaznaczania odpowiedzi, zawiera symetrycznie rozmieszczone w dziesieciu kolumnach, rozdzielonych po piec w górnej czesci karty i piec w dolnej czesci, pola w ksztalcie kólek. Nad kazda z kolumn znajduja sie napisy informujace o numerze zestawu pytan. Pomiedzy zestawami pieciu kolumn, posrodku karty, umieszczony jest napis okreslajacy kategorie, jak pokazano na materiale ilustracyjnym - fig. 5. Material egzaminacyjny w postaci prostokatnej karty, bedacej arkuszem przebiegu egzaminu, zawiera szereg kolumn i wierszy umieszczonych w ukladzie pionowym karty, przy czym w prawej, górnej czesci karty jest prostokatne pole, obejmujace okolo 1/3 szerokosci karty i okolo 1 A wysokosci tej karty, jak pokazano na materiale ilustracyjnym - fig. 6. Material egzaminacyjny w postaci prostokatnej karty, bedacej formularzem zaswiadczenia, zawiera szereg kolumn i wierszy umieszczonych w ukladzie pionowym karty, przy czym, w górnej jej czesci sa pola do wpisania informacji o egzaminowanym, zas w dolnej czesci, ponizej polowy karty jest tabela, a pod nia dwa prostokatne pola, jak pokazano na materiale ilustracyjnym - fig. 7. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the item, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, color, and shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration material, in which Fig. 1 shows the set's folder in an unfolded form, viewed from the outside, Fig. 2 - the set's folder in a folded form, viewed from the front, Fig. 3 - boards with photographs, under which questions and answers are placed, Fig. 4 - the examination protocol card, Fig. 5 - the card with fields for marking answers, Fig. 6 - the examination record sheet, and Fig. 7 shows the certificate form card. Essential features of the industrial design The set for the internal examination for driver candidates is characterized by the fact that it consists of a folder in the form of a closed cuboid and examination materials in the form of a board with photographs, under which questions and answers are placed, as well as cards - the examination protocol, cards with fields for marking answers, cards - the examination record sheet and cards - the certificate form. The front surface of the folder is in the shape of a rectangle with rounded corners located at the edge of the opening of the folder and is red, the colour of which changes on the surface of the unfolded folder, from the lightest red-orange in the upper left corner to dark red in the lower right corner, and in the upper part of the front surface of the folder there is a coloured drawing in the form of a car, next to which, near the upper right corner, there is a large white letter L against the background of a blue square with a white border. Both elements are separated by two horizontal, parallel yellow lines, between which there is a yellow inscription: "INTERNAL EXAMINATION KIT", furthermore, below on the left side there is a rectangular figure with a yellow border, and inside it, at the top, there is a yellow inscription: "Category:", and on the right side - a yellow inscription informing about the contents of the set. At the bottom of the front surface of the folder there is a yellow inscription: ASGRAF, as shown in the illustrative material - Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. The examination material in the form of a rectangular board is made of photographs showing roads, intersections, road signs and cars in various situations, placed in three rows and three columns, under which, on a blue stripe, there are inscriptions - questions, and below them three versions of answers marked with the letters: A^C, while on the right side of each photograph there are fields containing digits, numbers and words, as shown in the illustrative material - Fig. 3. The examination material in the form of a rectangular card - examination protocol, contains a table with many columns and rows, above which there is the inscription: "Examination protocol" and information about the date and period of the examination. These texts are separated from the left by a vertical line, an extension of one of the lines separating the columns, creating a blank rectangular field in the upper left corner of the card, as shown in Figure 4. The examination material, in the form of a rectangular card with answer fields, contains symmetrically arranged circular fields in ten columns, five at the top of the card and five at the bottom. Above each column are texts indicating the question set number. Between the sets of five columns, in the middle of the card, there is an inscription defining the categories, as shown in the illustration - Fig. 5. The examination material in the form of a rectangular card, being an examination record sheet, contains a series of columns and rows arranged vertically on the card, wherein in the upper right part of the card there is a rectangular field covering approximately 1/3 of the width of the card and approximately 1 A of the height of this card, as shown in the illustration - Fig. 6. The examination material in the form of a rectangular card, being a certificate form, contains a series of columns and rows arranged vertically on the card, wherein in the upper part there are fields for entering information about the examinee, while in the lower part, below half of the card, there is a table and below it two rectangular fields, as shown in the illustration - Fig. 7.
