Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka przeznaczona zwlaszcza do napelniania plynem do plukania tkanin. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy i oryginalny ksztalt po- wierzchni bocznej butelki przejawiajacy sie w niespotykanym dotychczas ukladzie liniowych i plaskich zaglebien na powierzchni bocznej, a takze w dnie butelki. Uklad zaglebien geometrycznych na powierzchni butelki wedlug wzoru przemyslowego nie jest znany w obrocie gospodarczym. Natomiast istnieje wiele butelek o podobnym ksztalcie zewnetrznym, lecz odmien- nym ukladzie wciec i zaglebien powierzchniowych, nadajacych inny wyglad tym butelkom w porównaniu do zglaszanego wzoru. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku na Fig. 1 oraz w celu lepszego zobrazowania wzoru na fotogra- fii na Fig.2. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego pokazanego na rysunku i nafotografii przejawiaja sie tym, ze butelka o przekroju poprzecznym w ksztalcie elipsy w swej górnej zwezonej czesci zaopatrzona jest w ucho stanowiace uchwyt butelki. Boczne powierzchnie butelki sa lekko splasz- czone i stanowia obustronne zaglebienia, wzdluz których usytuowane sa liniowe zaglebienia w postaci dlugich lukowych rowków. Równolegle do tych rowków, w górnej zwezonej czesci butelki rozmieszczone sa z obu stron butelki krótkie lukowe rowki. Dno butelki zaopatrzone jest w zaglebienia rowkowe usytuowane równolegle do krótszej osi elipsy tego dna. Zamkniecie butelki stanowi prosta walcowa zakretka o dwustopnio- wej srednicy. Calosc sprawia wrazenie bardzo harmonijnie dobranych ksztaltów i proporcji poszczególnych elementów zewnetrznych butelki.Fig. 1Fig. 2 PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle intended specifically for filling fabric softener. The essence of the industrial design is the new and original shape of the bottle's side surface, manifested in a previously unseen arrangement of linear and flat recesses on the side surface and in the bottle's bottom. The arrangement of geometric recesses on the bottle's surface according to the industrial design is unknown in the trade. However, there are many bottles with a similar external shape but a different arrangement of surface indentations and recesses, giving these bottles a different appearance compared to the design submitted. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 1 and, for better illustration, in the photograph in Fig. 2. The essential features of the industrial design shown in the drawing and photograph are that the bottle, with an elliptical cross-section, is equipped with a handle in its upper, narrowed section. The bottle's sides are slightly flattened and feature recesses on both sides, along which linear recesses in the form of long, arched grooves are located. Short, arched grooves are arranged parallel to these grooves on both sides of the bottle in the upper, narrowed section. The bottle's bottom is equipped with grooved recesses parallel to the shorter axis of the ellipse. The bottle's closure is a simple, cylindrical cap with a two-step diameter. The overall impression is one of very harmoniously matched shapes and proportions of the individual external elements of the bottle. Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PL PL PL
