Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka i jej odmiana, przeznaczone do przechowywania w nich plynnych i sypkich artykulów spozywczych. Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig.l, oraz na fotografii fig.la. Natomiast fig.2 i fig.2a - przedstawiaja odmiane wzoru przemyslowego z nakretka i podobnie fig.3 - przedstawia kolejna jego postac, tj. odmiane wzoru przemyslowego z nakretka i napisem. The industrial design submitted for protection is shown in illustration fig. 1 and photograph fig. 1a. Fig. 2 and fig. 2a represent a variant of the industrial design with a cap, and similarly fig. 3 represents another form, i.e., a variant of the industrial design with a cap and an inscription. List of the variants of the industrial design: 1) bottle - fig. 1 and fig. 1a; 2) bottle with a cap - fig. 2 and fig. 2a; 3) bottle with a cap and an inscription - fig. 3. An important feature of the industrial design shown in illustrations fig. 1 and fig. 1a - a bottle - is that: - its body, i.e. the lower part, has the shape of a flattened cylinder, and its edges - at the connection with the bases - are slightly rounded, in the lower part passing into a slightly concave bottom of the bottle, wherein - the surface of the body is divided transversely by several parallel and thin convexities, which disappear until they reach the central part of the body, in which there is a recess resembling the shape of a longitudinally cut cylinder with convex bases, in which the product label can be placed, and additionally - in the lower and upper parts of the body, which are slightly wider than the central part of the body, there are longitudinal, horizontal recesses resembling the shape of a narrow strip with rounded ends, — the highest part of the bottle is its threaded closure.
