Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest uklad napedowy dwuosiowego wózka pojazdu szynowego do jedno¬ czesnego napedu dwóch osi napedu tandemowego umieszczonych w jednym wózku kolejowym. Wynikajace z momentów sily dodatkowe prowadza do zwiekszonego zuzywania sie. Celem wynalazku jest unikniecie tych wad i skonstruowanie urzadze¬ nia, w którym juz w samym silniku nastepuje kom¬ pensacja powstajacej podczas jazdy róznicy w sred¬ nicach kól jezdnych. Silnik elektryczny 24 utrzy¬ muje we wspólnym kadlubie 25 oba tworniki 26 i 27. 92 46792 467 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLThe invention concerns a drive system for a two-axle rail vehicle bogie for simultaneously driving two tandem drive axles located in a single rail bogie. A known design is one in which the longitudinal axis of the central bogie motor is positioned in the direction of travel, and the clutch armature is coupled to both axles of the wheel set via a bevel gear, driving both axles simultaneously. New wheel sets with this wheel diameter ensure good drive performance. However, during travel, the wheel rims may change dimensions due to wear. As a result, moments occur due to the forced uniform running which can only be balanced by the slippage of the wheels on the rails. The additional forces resulting from the moments lead to increased wear. The aim of the invention is to avoid these disadvantages and to construct a device in which the difference in the diameters of the running wheels that occurs during driving is compensated in the motor itself. This aim was achieved by a construction in which the armature, by means of a shaft, through an angular belt drive consisting of bevel gears, drives one of the two axles of the carriage, wherein the housing cooperating with the nickel creation is arranged in a rotatable manner on its front ends and by means of the torque generated by the armature, through another angular belt drive, also consisting of bevel gears, drives the second axle of the carriage. In a further solution according to the invention, in a common, permanently fixed, isolated The frame is provided with two armatures, the shafts of which independently drive one axle of the bogie via a bevel gear. The subject of the invention is shown in the example of an embodiment in the drawing, which shows the drive system of a two-axle bogie of a rail vehicle. In the example of the embodiment shown in the drawing, the axles 21 and 21a are placed in the longitudinal girders of the bogie 20. The running wheels 23 are arranged on the axles 21 and 21a. The electric motor 24 holds both armatures 26 and 27 in a common frame 25. The frame 25 is mounted non-rotatably on the axles 21 and 21a via housings 28 and 29. The armature 26 drives the axle 21 by means of the end journal of the shaft 30 and a bevel gear. 31, which meshes with the bevel gear 31a. The armature 27, arranged independently of the armature 26, drives the axle 21 via the shaft end 32 and the bevel gear 33, which meshes with the bevel gear 34. The advantage of the device according to the invention is the achievement of a drive for two axles arranged on one carriage, which operates kinematically without any interference and exhibits reduced wear. 92 46792 467 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
