Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wyrobów jubilerskich przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii oraz estetyce wykonania i przeznaczona jest do odtworzenia w produkcji przemyslowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych: rysunku i materiale ilustracyjnym, które przedstawiaja wyroby jubilerskie w widoku od przodu w czterech odmianach przedstawionych na czterech figurach. The essence of an industrial design is a new form of jewelry, manifested in the shape, line layout, and aesthetics of workmanship, intended for reproduction in industrial production. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing and illustrative material, which depict the jewelry from the front in four variations presented in four figures. Fig. 1 depicts a jewelry item consisting of a pendant or earrings, and a significant feature of the industrial design is that it has a frame in the form of a three-dimensional fork with arched arms of varying lengths, at the ends of which are gemstones in the shape of spheres. Fig. 2 shows a piece of jewelry comprising a pendant or earrings, and an essential feature of the industrial design is that it has a frame in the form of a three-dimensional fork with arched arms of varying lengths, at the ends of which there are spherical gemstones and cube-shaped gemstones.
