Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wyrobów jubilerskich przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii oraz estetyce wykonania i przeznaczona jest do odtworzenia w produkcji przemyslowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych: rysunku i materiale ilustracyjnym, które przedstawiaja wyroby jubilerskie w widoku od przodu w trzech odmianach przedstawionych na trzech figurach. The essence of an industrial design is a new form of jewelry, manifested in the shape, line layout, and aesthetics of workmanship, intended for reproduction in industrial production. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing and illustrative material, which depict the jewelry from the front in three variations presented in three figures. Fig. 1 depicts a jewelry item in the form of a necklace, and a significant feature of the industrial design is its flat frame in the form of two intersecting forks with straight arms of different lengths, each end bearing gemstones in the shape of spheres. Fig. 2 shows a jewelry product in the form of a necklace, and an essential feature of the industrial design is that it has a flat frame in the form of two intersecting forks with straight arms of different lengths, and at their ends there are gemstones in the shape of spheres and cube-shaped stones.
