Wyroby jubilerskie Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego sa wyroby jubilerskie, których ksztalt, uklad linii oraz sposób wykonczenia nadaje im swoisty, nowy i oryginalny wyglad zmierzajacy do osiagniecia celów estetycznych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wyrobów jubilerskich przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii oraz estetyce wykonania i przeznaczona jest do odtworzenia w produkcji przemyslowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych: rysunku i materiale ilustracyjnym, które przedstawiaja wyroby jubilerskie w widoku od przodu w pieciu odmianach przedstawionych na pieciu figurach. Fig. 1 przedstawia wyrób jubilerski stanowiacy wisiorek, kolczyki lub klipsy, a cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze posiada przestrzenny stelaz w postaci zwisajacego slupka zakonczonego koncówka w ksztalcie klepsydry, z przewezenia której wychodzi szereg poziomych, prostych precików róznej dlugosci, na koncach których i w dolnej czesci klepsydry znajduja sie kamienie jubilerskie w ksztalcie kul. The essence of an industrial design is a new form of jewelry products, manifested in shape, line layout, and aesthetics of workmanship, intended for reproduction in industrial production. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing and illustrative material, which depict the jewelry products from the front in five variations presented in five figures. Fig. 1 shows a piece of jewellery comprising a pendant, earrings or clips, and an essential feature of the industrial design is that it has a three-dimensional frame in the form of a hanging column with an hourglass-shaped tip, from the narrowing of which extends a series of horizontal, straight rods of various lengths, at the ends of which and in the lower part of the hourglass there are gemstones in the shape of spheres. Fig. 2 shows a piece of jewellery comprising a pendant, earrings or clips, and an essential feature of the industrial design is that it has a three-dimensional frame in the form of a hanging column with an hourglass-shaped tip, from the narrowing of which a number of horizontal, straight rods of various lengths emerge, at the ends of which and in the lower part of the hourglass there are spherical and cube-shaped gemstones. Fig. 3 shows a jewellery item consisting of a pendant, earrings or clips, and an essential feature of the industrial design is that it has a three-dimensional frame in the form of a hanging column with an hourglass-shaped tip, from the narrowing of which a number of horizontal, straight rods of various lengths emerge, at the ends of which and in the lower part of the hourglass there are spherical and cube-shaped gemstones. Fig. 4 shows a piece of jewellery comprising a pendant, earrings or clips, and an essential feature of the industrial design is that it has a three-dimensional frame in the form of a hanging column ending with an hourglass-shaped tip, from the narrowing of which a number of horizontal, straight rods of various lengths emerge, at the ends of which and in the lower part of the hourglass there are spherical gemstones, polyhedral-cut stones and a stone in the shape similar to a double cone truncated on one side. Fig. 5 shows a jewelry product in the form of a pendant, earrings or clips, and an important feature of the industrial design is that it has a three-dimensional frame in the form of a hanging column with an hourglass-shaped tip, from the narrowing of which a number of horizontal, straight rods of various lengths emerge, at the ends of which and in the lower part of the hourglass there are gemstones in the shape of spheres and stones in the shape of an elongated drop of liquid.
