Wyroby jubilerskie Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego sa wyroby jubilerskie, których ksztalt, uklad linii oraz sposób wykonczenia nadaje im swoisty, nowy i oryginalny wyglad zmierzajacy do osiagniecia celów estetycznych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wyrobów jubilerskich przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii oraz estetyce wykonania i przeznaczona jest do odtworzenia w produkcji przemyslowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych: rysunku i materiale ilustracyjnym, które przedstawiaja wyroby jubilerskie w widoku od przodu w pieciu odmianach przedstawionych na pieciu figurach. The essence of an industrial design is a new form of jewelry products, manifested in shape, line layout, and aesthetics of workmanship, intended for reproduction in industrial production. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing and illustrative material, which depict the jewelry products from the front in five variations presented in five figures. Fig. 1 shows a piece of jewelry in the form of a necklace, and a significant feature of the industrial design is that it has a flat frame in the form of two intersecting forks with fancifully wavy arms of different lengths, and at the ends of these arms and at one beginning of the fork there are gemstones in the shape of spheres.
