Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest naroznik. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii krawedzi jego elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia naroznik w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 cokól nadstawki naroznika w widoku z góry z ukazaniem przednich krawedzi, fig. 3 widok perspektywiczny naroznika z przodu. Naroznik utworzony z podstawy na której osadzona jest nadstawka posiada w przekroju poprzecznym podstawy i nadstawki ksztalt szesciokata regularnego, którego po dwa boki boczne sa równe, z tym ze bok przedni tworzacy sciane przednia podstawy i nadstawki jest wciety w glab lukiem stanowiacym czesc okregu. Podstawa wsparta jest na czterech nogach o wysokosci do cokolu górnego, przy czym kazda z nóg ponizej cokolu dolnego ma obwodowe wyciecie. Nogi podstawy ponizej obwodowego wyciecia sa wyprofilowane po lukach o róznych promieniach i ulegaja zwezeniu ku dolowi a nadto sa odchylone na zewnatrz podstawy. Bok przedni podstawy posiada szuflade, której czolo jest wygiete zgodniez ksztaltem podstawy. Plaszczyzna drzwi srodkowych nadstawki jest wyprofilowana lukiem zgodnym z lukiem czola szuflady podstawy. Sciany boczne oraz drzwi srodkowe nadstawki sa przeszklone. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Naroznik utworzony z podstawy na której osadzona jest nadstawka posiada w przekroju poprzecznym podstawy i nadstawki ksztalt szesciokata regularnego, którego po dwa boki boczne sa równe, z tym ze bok przedni tworzacy sciane przednia podstawy i nadstawki jest wciety w glab lukiem stanowiacym czesc okregu. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape and the arrangement of the edge lines of its elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the corner sofa in a front view, Fig. 2 the base of the corner sofa extension in a top view showing the front edges, and Fig. 3 a perspective view of the corner sofa from the front. The corner sofa, formed by the base on which the extension is mounted, has the cross-sectional shape of a regular hexagon, with two equal sides, except that the front side, forming the front wall of the base and extension, is indented with an arc that is part of a circle. The base is supported by four legs, the height of which reaches the upper plinth, with each leg below the lower plinth having a circumferential cutout. The base legs below the circumferential cutout are profiled with arcs of varying radii, tapering downward and extending outward from the base. The front side of the base features a drawer, the front of which is curved in accordance with the shape of the base. Furthermore, below the lower edge of the drawer surface is a frontal recess with a gentle arc, starting from the bottom of the base. The extension, capped at the top by a plinth formed of profiled strips with inward slopes, has two side walls and a central door constructed of profiled stiles with a triangular cross-section. The surface of the extension's central door is profiled with an arc matching the arc of the base drawer front. The side walls and central door of the extension are glazed. The essential features of the industrial design: the corner unit formed by the base on which the extension is mounted has a regular hexagonal cross-section, with two equal sides, but the front side, forming the front wall of the base and extension, is cut into the base with an arc that is part of a circle. The base is supported by four legs, the height of which corresponds to the upper plinth, with each leg below the lower plinth having a circumferential cutout. The legs of the base below the circumferential cutout are profiled with arcs of varying radii, tapering downward and extending outward from the base. The front side of the base features a drawer, the front of which is curved to match the shape of the base. Furthermore, below the bottom edge of the drawer surface is a frontal recess with a gentle arc, starting from the bottom of the base. The extension, topped with a plinth made of profiled slats with inward slopes, has two side walls and a central door constructed of profiled stiles with a triangular cross-section.
