Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wyrób cukierniczy w postaci zelki nadziewanej o nazwie AKUKU Owocki, charakteryzujacy sie nowa postacia wytworu nadana w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, ksztaltów, kolorystyke, strukture materialu i owocowe nadzienie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku komputerowym pt. AKUKU Owocki - fig. 1, la, 2,2a, 3,4. Wyrób cukierniczy w postaci zelki nadziewanej jest wyrobem zelowym o owocowym smaku, otrzymanym z polaczenia dwóch mas zelowych. Wyroby zelowe o fantazyjnych ksztaltach owoców wypelniono pólplynna masa pektynowa. Korpus we wszystkich ksztaltach sklada sie z masy zelowej przejrzystej napowietrzonej biala masa zelowa, w której zatopione jest nadzienie pektynowe o smaku owocowym i jest przedstawione na fig. la i fig.2a. Spód we wszystkich ksztaltach wykonany jest z jednobarwnej masy zelowej, napowietrzonej i drobnoporowatej o barwie bialej, ewentualnie z lekkim odcieniem w kolorze korpusu. PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a confectionery product in the form of a filled jelly bean called AKUKU Owocki, characterized by a new appearance, achieved in particular by the features of lines, shapes, colors, material structure, and fruit filling. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the computer drawing titled AKUKU Owocki - Fig. 1, 1a, 2, 2a, 3, 4. The confectionery product in the form of a filled jelly bean is a fruit-flavored gel product obtained by combining two gel masses. The gel products, in fanciful fruit shapes, are filled with a semi-liquid pectin mass. The body in all shapes consists of a transparent gel mass, aerated with a white gel mass, in which a fruit-flavored pectin filling is embedded and is shown in Fig. 1a and Fig. 2a. The base in all shapes is made of a single-color, aerated, and fine-pored gel mass, white, optionally with a slight shade in the color of the body.
