Powierzchnia eliptyczna znaku jest obrysowana outlainem z zewnetrzna gruba linia i wewnetrzna cienka linia Pod prostokatem, z symetrycznym rozmieszczeniem, umieszczony jest zestaw wyrazów „DELIKATESOWA MIODOWA" napisany prostymi, duzymi literami. Powierzchnia ekspozycyjna jest w kolorze ciemnozielonym, a na jej tle umieszczona prostokatna powierzchnia ma barwe jasnego brazu. Powierzchnia liter wyrazów „MUSZTARDA GDANSKA" jest w kolorze czarnym, zas linia obrysu jest w kolorze czarnym, fioletowym i zóltym. Powierzchnia liter wyrazów „DELIKATESOWA MIODOWA" jest biala, a linie outlainu w kolorze czerwonym i zielonym. The essence of the industrial design is the visual and color composition, which, combined with the word and graphic combination, has a very suggestive effect on the recipients of the product on which it is placed. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing and the attached illustrative material. The drawing documentation shows in Fig. 1 a frontal view of the label for marking packaging containing "Gdańsk mustard." The illustrative material presented in Fig. 2 is a color print of the label. The label for marking packaging containing "Gdańsk mustard" according to the industrial design has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by its rectangular shape with a large width relative to its height. The outer edge of the rectangle is a background strip, on which a separate frame is placed. Behind it, at a certain distance, are three adjacent colored frames, and behind the third frame is the label's display area. Below the label's longitudinal axis, a rectangular area is marked along its entire width with circular leading edges and an inner outline, a thin line along the outer edges. Inside the rectangle is the word "MUSZTARDA GDANSKA" written in large, decorative letters, a thick line. Above the rectangle, on its axis of symmetry, is the company logo, representing the word "DAGOMA," written in an arc, in large, straight, decorative letters, a thick line, on a surface with the outline of two intersecting ellipses. The upper middle part is the outline of an ellipse with a longer vertical axis than the ellipse, the ends of which enclose the surface of the mark, passing to its lower outline, where in the plane of the larger ellipse's outline there are two-arc recesses with a common vertex. The elliptical surface of the mark is outlined with an outer thick line and an inner thin line. Below the rectangle, with a symmetrical arrangement, is a set of words "DELIKATESOWA MIODOWA" written in simple, capital letters. In the plane of the company logo with the word "DAGOMA", in the right corner of the rectangle, is a graphic composition of a honeycomb fragment, with the background on which it is located brightened. In the left corner, the inscription "original recipe from 1928" is placed at an angle, written in small, decorative letters in three lines, tilted to the left, towards the frames. The label is characterized by a unique color scheme, in which the edge strip of the rectangular surface is yellow, and the subsequent edge frames are in the dominant colors of black, purple, and green. The display surface is dark green, and the rectangular surface placed against it is light brown. The letters of the words "MUSZTARDA GDANSKA" are black, while the outline line is black, purple, and yellow. The letters of the words "DELIKATESOWA MIODOWA" are white, and the outline lines are red and green. The letters of the word "DAGOMA" are dark green with light green and light brown shadows. The background of the word is yellow, and the outline lines are light brown, black, and green. The outline is a light shade. The honeycomb is light brown with a red tint to the edges. The honeycomb fill is light yellow.
