Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta do oznaczania opakowan z musztarda Kaszubska w postaci szklanych pojemników o cylindrycznych lub wielokatnych ksztaltach zewnetrznych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest kompozycja plastyczna i kolorystyczna, która w polaczeniu z zestawem slowno-graficznym bardzo sugestywnie oddzialywuj e na odbiorców towaru, na którym jest umieszczona. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku i na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym. Dokumentacja rysunkowa przedstawia na fig. 1 widok od czola etykiety do oznaczania opakowan z musztarda Kaszubska Material ilustracyjny przedstawiony na fig. 2 stanowi kolorowa odbitka etykiety. Górna srodkowa czesc stanowi zarys elipsy o wiekszej osi pionowej od elipsy, której konce zamykaja powierzchnie znaku, przechodzac do jego dolnego zarysu, gdzie w plaszczyznie zarysu wiekszej elipsy znajduja sie dwulukowe wglebienia ze wspólnymwierzcholkiem. Powierzchnia eliptyczna znaku jest obrysowana outlainem z zewnetrzna gruba linia i wewnetrzna cienka linia. Pod logiem firmy z symetrycznym rozmieszczeniem, umieszczony jest dwupoziomowo zestaw wyrazów napisanych w jezyku kaszubskim. W pierwszym górnym wierszu znajduja sie „ÓSTRIMÓZDRECH", zas pod nim duzymi literami, gruba kreska wyraz „KASZEBSCZI". W czesci dolnej nad dolna krawedzia ramki umieszczona jest w jezyku kaszubskim receptura musztardy stanowiaca zapis regionalny. W plaszczyznie loga firmy po obu jej stronach w górnych narozach zaznaczone sa flakony w ksztalcie serduszek, w których umieszczone sa kwiaty w kolorystyce i wzorach charakterystycznych dla wzorów kaszubskich o barwach: zielonym, jasnoniebieskim, ciemnoniebieskim, czerwonym, zóltym. Tlo etykiety jest dwukolorowe, przechodzi stopniowo od barwy ciemnozielonej w czesci górnej, do barwy niebieskiej w czesci dolnej. Powierzchnia liter wyrazu ,JDAGOMA" jest ciemnozielona, zas zestawu wyrazów w jezyku kaszubskim jest barwy zóltej. Barwe zólta ma równiez tlo loga firmy, ramki i powierzchnia flakonów. Powierzchnia liter zapisu skladników receptury musztardy ma barwe biala z obrysem fioletowym, ja k uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 2 . PL PL PL PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a label for marking Kaszubian mustard packaging in the form of glass containers with cylindrical or polygonal external shapes. The essence of the industrial design is the visual and color composition, which, combined with the word and graphic combination, has a very suggestive effect on the recipients of the goods on which it is placed. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing and the attached illustrative material. The drawing documentation shows in Fig. 1 a frontal view of the label for marking Kaszubian mustard packaging. The illustrative material presented in Fig. 2 is a color print of the label. The label for marking Kaszubian mustard packaging, according to the industrial design, has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by its rectangular shape with a large width relative to its height. The outer edge of the rectangle is a background strip on which a separate frame is placed, and behind it is the label display area. In the central part of the display area, at the upper edge, the company logo is marked, representing the word "JDAGOMA" written in an arc, in large, straight, decorative letters, a thick line, on a surface with the outline of two interpenetrating ellipses. The upper central part is the outline of an ellipse with a greater vertical axis than the ellipse, the ends of which close the surface of the sign, passing to its lower outline, where in the plane of the outline of the larger ellipse there are two-arc recesses with a common vertex. The elliptical surface of the sign is outlined with an outline with an outer thick line and an inner thin line. Below the company logo, with a symmetrical arrangement, there is a set of words written in the Kashubian language on two levels. In the first upper line there are "ÓSTRIMÓZDRECH", and below it in capital letters, a thick line. The word "KASZEBSCZI" is written in a dash above the bottom edge of the frame. In the lower part, above the lower edge of the frame, there is a mustard recipe in the Kashubian language, which is a regional notation. In the plane of the company logo, on both sides in the upper corners, there are heart-shaped bottles marked with flowers in colors and patterns characteristic of Kashubian patterns: green, light blue, dark blue, red, yellow. The background of the label is two-colored, gradually changing from dark green in the upper part to blue in the lower part. The surface of the letters of the word "JDAGOMA" is dark green, while the set of words in the Kashubian language is yellow. The background of the company logo, frames and the surface of the bottles are also yellow.
