In relation to known products of this type, similar in form, the analyte test meter is distinguished by a new form manifested in the arrangement of lines, contours, shapes, colors, structure, material and its ornamentation. The model of the analyte test meter is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the analyte test meter in a perspective view from the top, front and side, Fig. 2 - the analyte test meter in a perspective view from the bottom, front and side, Fig. 3 - in the top view, Fig. 4 - in the bottom view, Fig. 5 - in the side view, Fig. 6 - in the front view, Fig. 7 - in the back view and Fig. 8 - an inscription with a picture and an indication* - the "ready" status on the screen in an outline close to a rectangle of the upper wall of the meter body, enlarged. The analyte test meter, according to the industrial model, is characterized by having a body in a shape close to a cuboid with rounded edges and corners, slightly convex elongated walls, and rounded front and rear walls. A longitudinally profiled clip extends from the lower wall at the front toward the back. The clip is connected to the body at the front and then extends backwards with a slightly curved arm toward the lower wall. When viewed from below, the arm first narrows in an arc, then widens in an arc, with its rear end rounded toward the back. The clip partially covers the lower wall, resting on it with its rear end. Behind the clip on the lower wall of the body, the analyte test meter has a trapezoidal outline, with the shorter base positioned rearward, and within it a longitudinally shaped rectangular outline. On the front upper wall, the analyte test meter has a transversely shaped oval recess with slightly concave side walls, and within it, a central cuboidal recess. In the central and rear sections, the upper wall has a longitudinal oval convexity, reflecting the shape of the body in profile and having an outline similar to a rectangle with rounded corners and a rounded front side inside the central section of the entire body. At the rear, an oval convexity similar in shape to an "egg," with its wider end facing the rear of the analyte test meter body. Between the front oval recess and the longitudinal oval convexity of the central and rear sections, the upper wall features the inscription "ONE TOUCH Horizon," with a line and a fragment of a radiant sun above it. The essential features of the analyte test meter are its body, which is roughly cuboid in shape, with rounded edges and corners, slightly convex elongated walls, and rounded front and rear walls. Between the front oval recess and the longitudinal oval convexity of the central and rear parts on the upper wall there is an inscription "ONE TOUCH Horizon", and above it a line and a fragment of a radiant sun, as shown in the attached figures 1-8 of the drawing.
