Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest swieca ozdobna przezna- czona do dekoracyjnego uzytku powszechnego. Zglaszajacemu nie jest znana tego ksztaltu swieca ozdobna. Swieca ozdobna wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma ksztalt krazka, o przekroju poprzecznym jajka, osadzonego pionowo w podstawce, po- miedzy dwoma równolegle do siebie usytuowanymi wypustami. Na po- bocznicy krazka u góry znajduje sie knot. Swieca ozdobna ma rózna ko- lorystyke i zdobienia na plaskiej powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia w perspektywie swiece ozdobna, a fig. 2 przedstawia kolorystyke i zdobienia swiecy ozdobnej. 1. Cecha istotna swiecy ozdobnej jest to, ze ma ksztalt krazka (l),o prze- kroju poprzecznym jajka, osadzonego pionowo w podstawce (2), pomie- dzy dwoma równolegle do siebie usytuowanymi wypustami (3), a na po- bocznicy krazka u góry znajduje sie knot (4), zas na fig. 2 przedstawiono swiece biala (5) i swiece zielona (6) ze zlotymi zdobieniami o fakturze krzyzowego (7) splotu i linii falistej z kropkami (8). The applicant is not familiar with this shape of decorative candle. The decorative candle, according to the industrial design, is shaped like a disc with an egg-shaped cross-section, set vertically in a base, between two parallel projections. A wick is located on the upper side of the disc. The decorative candle has various colors and decorations on its flat surface. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the decorative candle in perspective, and Fig. 2 shows the colors and decorations of the decorative candle. 1. The essential feature of the decorative candle is that it has the shape of a disc (l), with the cross-section of an egg, mounted vertically in a base (2), between two parallel projections (3), and on the side of the disc at the top there is a wick (4), while Fig. 2 shows a white candle (5) and a green candle (6) with gold decorations in the texture of a cross (7) weave and a wavy line with dots (8).
